Outstanding views

Very good location close to all amenities and restaurants best part of property is the terrace on down side very small kitchen area but we ate out every night so we could live with it

Fantastic view from the terrace. There is rather often an unpleasant sewage smell on the terrace, which should be addressed.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views

This little gem of an apartment was brilliant and the view is to die for. Ideal for 2 people, 'compact' for more, it is the perfect place to stay in Alcudia. There are restaurants to suit all tastes in easy walking distance and small supermarkets on every corner. It is an easy one kilometer walk into the old town which is well worth a visit. The beach is on the doorstep. The apartment has everything you could need and the wifi is good. The outside space is huge, just as in the photos, and is very comfortably furnished including sunbeds. We would definitely book this apartment again next time we visit Alcudia.

Grand Holiday location

Great view, large teracce directly at the Beach. Good beds. Nice Location. An awfull Smell from the shower drain. Had to close the bathroom door always. We put a pot over the shower drain - this was the only negative Point. We would still recommend the Location. Thats why Rating of cleanliness only 4 out of 5.

Appartamento piccolino ma estremamente curato, pulito e dotato di tutte le cose necessarie.

Bagno spazioso, il terrazzo è un valore aggiunto alla casa. Grande, splendida vista, un ottimo sfogo per potersi rilassare al meglio. La posizione della casa, sopra la spiaggia e il porto di Alcudia è molto comoda. Io ho utilizzato questo appartamento come base per allenarmi e ammetto che è stato perfetto. Il mare a due passi, ciclabile per correre sotto casa e posizione ideale come partenza per giri in bici. Ottimo, lo consiglierei.

Hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem kleinen Appartement. Die Lage und Terrasse gleichen Kleinigkeiten wie ein leicht in die Jahre gekommenenes Mobiliar vollkommen aus.

Hemos pasado nuestras vacaciones aquí y estamos muy contentos. El apartamento es como se muestra en las fotos, pequeñito pero con todo lo necesario para dos. La terraza es perfecta, tiene unas vistas maravillosas y está genial para hacer cualquier comida ahí, tiene dos buenos toldos, que se agradecen para resguardarse un poco cuando el calor de Mallorca aprieta. En los alrededores hay infinidad de bares/restaurantes y 3-4 supermercados unos al lado de otros, está todo al alcance por lo que nos ha parecido que la ubicación es perfecta. Hay un parking a 5 min andando, aunque cuesta un poco aparcar se acaba encontrando sitio. Sin duda, si volvemos a Alcudia nos alojaremos aquí de nuevo!

Sonnenterrasse im Herzen von Port d‘Alcudi

Wir waren über Weihnachten in dem Apartment und hatten damit die Gelegenheit, auf der wunderschönen Sonnenterrasse die wärmenden Strahlen der Dezembersonne zu genießen. Besonders positiv ist hervorzuheben, dass nach einer kleinen Havarie im Bad unverzüglich am nächsten Morgen die Eigentümer mit einem Klempner vor der Tür standen und alles wieder repariert haben. Ein echt toller Service, dafür nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank. Ansonsten ein wunderbarer, erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem schönen Appartement für zwei Personen. Eine Anregung: es wäre schön, wenn im Schlafzimmer die Betten zusammen stehen könnten. Aufgrund der Befestigungen an der Holzwand ist es leider nicht möglich, die Betten zusammenzuschieben.

Sehr schönes Objekt, war bereits mehrfach dort. Werde auch wieder kommen.Der komplette Ablauf von der Buchung bis hin zur Nachbetreuung ist perfekt. GERNE WIEDER Es gibt immer Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, aber es besteht hier keine Notwendigkeit. Alles passend für einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Wonderful holiday.

Apartment is basic but has everything you need,but the terrace is fantastic, great views and very spacious loved it! Can’t wait to go back. All the staff at the office were very helpful and friendly couldn’t fault them.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce-idéal pour 2 personnes. Localisation parfaite (centrale et proche de toutes commodités). Terrasse exceptionnelle. Seul défaut indépendant du propriétaire : voisin côté chambre irrespectueux des autres (entrée / sortie en pleine nuit en claquant bruyamment la porte , agressions verbales au sein du couple récurrentes à partir de 1h du matin...). Dommage !

Amazing apartment on the beach

Lovely place for 2 people (think there’s a sofa bed but the place is not big enough for 4) Well equipped, fantastic views of the beach. Steps away from all shops and restaurants. Washing machine was a real bonus as well. Air con in sitting room and large floor fan for the bedroom. On the the 4th floor, but lift to the 3rd floor or stairs Near to bus stops to get into Alcudia and airport
