Ideale per famiglie numerose, ampio e spazioso,dotato di tutto ciò che serve e posizionato nel centro di un paese che sembra di essere dentro un presepe, a pochi passi dagli impianto di risalita, di fronte ad un ottimo ristorante, vicino ad un eccellente SPA e un ampio parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Ho trascorso due settimane con la mia famiglia, mia suocera, mia figlia con compagno e la loro piccola bimba di quattro mesi. Ho trovato adatta e ben organizzata la casetta. In particolare abbiamo utilizzato l'ombra del praticello per momenti di gioco e di relax.

The house is special and very clean. The dog had a little garden that he enjoyed very much. You can start your walks from the house or nearby. We made the most beautiful walks! A little diamant in the mountains!

La casa è molto carina. Sono rimasta colpita anche dal contesto tipicamente montano di Jovencaux, a differenza del centro di Sauze, un po' troppo costruito con palazzoni.

Ottima sistemazione

La casa di Jouvenceaux è in un ottima posizione ed è caratteristica perché nel centro storico del paese. È dotata di tutto il necessario ed è spaziosa. Il giardino è permette di poter mangiare fuori dotato di ombrelloni . La casa era pulita e sanificata.

Ideale ligging

Eenvoudige woning, maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en dat op een steenworp afstand van de skilift. Het huisje ligt in een prachtig authentiek dorpje met typisch kleine staatjes. Voor boodschappen ben je aangewezen op de auto, ski huur is wel om de hoek. Kortom een mooie locatie om je skivakantie in Sauze d'oulx te vieren.

Jouvenceaux.. Una piccola perla in montagna

Casa molto accogliente e funzionale, c'è tutto quello che occorre per trascorrere brevi o lunghi periodi di vacanza.... Inoltre gode di un giardino (circa 30 mt quadrati) arredato con tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto, diverse sdraio e un' amaca che è tanto piaciuta alle mie bimbe!! Lo consiglio vivamente, anche perché è situato a pochi metri dalla seggiovia che ti permette di arrivare a oltre 2000 mt in un altro posto delizioso chiamato Sportinia, dove anche d'estate ci sono tanti ristoranti e giochi per bambini per passare una bella giornata in compagnia....

Gute gelegen zum Ski fahren!

Das Haus ist einfach, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Es war sauber. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Entweder trinkt man Espresso oder bringt Instantkaffee mit. Zum Skilift kann man prima laufen. Gegenüber befindet sich eine gute, bezahlbare Pizzeria (Pizza ab 5.-- € + 2.--€ Gedeck). Lebensmittel einklaufen kann man nicht. Zum Bäcker fährt man am besten hoch nach Sauze D´Oulx und für Lebensmittel nach Oulx runter.

Les 4 lits simples des 2 chambres manquent de confort. c'est dommage car le gite est trsè agréable par ailleurs.
