Private: large garden (not fenced), swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with shutter cover. Motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1.7 km, supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 4.5 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station "Argelès sur Mer" 12 km, sandy beach "Le Racou" 12 km. Sports harbour 12 km, golf course (27 hole) 20 km. Hiking paths: Les Albères 5 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Saint-Cyprien, 22 km.
6-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic furnishings: living/dining room with wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. Small lounge with TV. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Large terrace 60 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. As part of the water restriction measures linked to the drought in certain departments, please note that the rental swimming pool may be closed until the lifting of the legal restrictions authorizing again the filling and the top-up in water from all swimming pools and basins for private use. heel fijne vakantie gehad, zeer leuk huis in rustige omgeving. wie van natuur en rust houdt zit daar prima. goede uitvalsbasis om bezoekjes te brengen aan de kust, binnenland of Spanje.

Lovely home from home

Mas Troumpill is a delightful holiday home near Laroque within easy distance of shops etc, but quite isolated and totally peaceful. The house is very comfortably furnished with everything one would need and the artwork on the walls reflects the owners obvious love of travel. We had very hot weather so did not travel far but instead enjoyed the tranquility and lovey pool.

Charmant mas

Maison très agréable sans voisinage au milieu des champs avec une vue superbe sur les Alberes. Petit bémol sur la co internet. Il ne faut pas de jeunes gamers et la terrasse à nettoyer tous les jours car la vigne suspendue, c'et très beau mais ça salit dessous et ça attire de superbes oiseaux mais qui n'ont le sens des toilettes.

Excellent séjour dans ce mas qui a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes: un lieu authentique, au calme, idéalement situé pour profiter des attraits touristiques de la région.

Maison au calme, avec de grands espaces extérieurs, une piscine plus qu'appréciable avec ces fortes chaleurs. Maison certes "rustique" mais vu que tu passes 90% de ton temps dehors, cela ne pose pas de problème.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus vor der großartigen Kulisse des Massif d'Alberes. Sehr großzügige Raumaufteilung mit guter Küchenausstattung. Ein sehr gepflegter großer Pool und eine tolle Terrasse mit schattenspendender Weinpergola. In unmittelbarer Nähe eine phantastische Boulangerie und ein großer Supermarkt. Nous avons passé deux semaines mémorables. La maison est en effet rustique, mais les espaces sont grands. Et l'extérieur est un havre de paix : le jardin, les arbres, les fleurs, la piscine, la terrasse ombragée, le calme, la vue sur les montagnes........... tout pour passer un excellent séjour au milieu de nul part mais près de tout (Supermarché et boulangerie à 3 km).
