Shop 800 m, 7 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 1 km, railway station "Sion" 16.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 400 m, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 300 m, ice rink 700 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet Nendaz 4 Vallées 1 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any youth groups. Ski bus (free of charge). Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Upper floor: 3 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin. Shower/WC. Balcony, terrace 18 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars), garage. Please note: non-smoking house.

gemütlich aber klein

saubere funktionelle Unterkunft. Sehr kleine Zimmer (vor allem die Doppelzimmer). Alle Matratzen sind zu weich, ganz besonders für erwachsene, grosse Personen. Gute Lage.

Le chalet est très bien équipé. Dommage que hors vacances scolaires, il n'y a pas de bus navette à proximité pour rejoindre la station. A pied, cela fait loin. Attention au bruit, tout ce qui se passe à l'étage s entend dans tout le chalet. Le GPS ne trouve pas la rue il faut regarder via le smartphone.

Situation exceptionnelle

Pour la 2eme année consécutive nous avons choisi cette location pour nos vacances d'été. Le panorama est superbe et le chalet confortable et bien situé, non loin du centre ville. Un bémol : l'absence de lave-linge et l'absence de rampe pour les quelques marches menant au chalet.

La cuisinière devrait être changée, beaucoup de problème avec la porte du four. Mais dans l'ensemble très bien.
