Verde Apartment is located on the main road that runs along the lake in the town of Pai di Torri Del Benaco. The private parking for one car is in front of the entrance, from here a staircase leads to the first floor consisting of a kitchen area, a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a bathroom with shower. The lake and the beaches are only a few meters from the apartment. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy beach life.

An internal staircase leads to the mezzanine where there is a small terrace and a service bathroom

Gerne wieder!

Direkt am See, vor dem Haus befindet sich eine kleine schmale Bucht. Klares Wasser, toller Ausblick. Nicht Riva oder Limone, aber wer es nicht überlaufen mag, ist hier genau richtig. Im EG zwei Einzelbetten und ein Bad, im 1. OG - steile Treppe - ein kleines SZ mit sehr kleinem Bad, nichts für große Personen, da Bad nach hinten sehr niedrig. Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Im 1. OG ist noch e kleine Terrasse vorhanden. Sicht auf den See wegen Mauer nur im Stehen. Parkplatz unweit vom App nichts für zu große Autos. Kommunikation sehr kühl, aber schnell und zuverlässig.

Zum 2. Mal in dieser Unterkunft

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur durch die Straße vom See getrennt. Sehr schönes, modernes Appartement. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Wie bereits in meiner 1. Bewertung angemerkt, fehlt es an Geschirr und Gläsern. So ist man fast gezwungen, täglich die Geschirrspülmaschine zu nutzen.
