Our Cozy beachside studio is located at the Atlantic Sand Dollar Beach Club which is directly across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. The perfect getaway that comfortably sleeps 2 and provides everything you need for a beach retreat! A Well furnished and fully appointed studio that is only steps from the Atlantic Ocean & within walking distance to some great restaurants, shops and popular 27th Ave. beachfront park. Wake up in your adorable Atlantic Sand Dollar New Smyrna Beach condo, go for a morning jog and end up on the beautiful beach to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. We are located between central New Smyrna Beach, and southern Bethune Beach. The condo has a separate sleeping quarter in the enclosed sun room which features a full size bed, the main living area offers a love seat, large flat screen TV, kitchen, & bathroom. COME enjoy the New Smyrna Beach lifestyle and Relax in our cozy beach side cottage.

You are welcome to access our common area of the complex, but we ask that you respect other guests and homeowners. There is a laundry facility onsite which you are free to use for a small fee. please contact us if you would like to use the laundry and we can coordinate. There is only 1 parking space per unit.

Located on 24th Avenue just across the street from the ocean and walking distance to many great restaurants, such as SoNapa, Izzys Tacos, Chases on the beach, and NSB's famous Manny's pizza!

The Perfect Vacation Home

My wife and I stayed at this location to have a family New Years gathering. Convenient to practically everything, down to the local Catholic Church, which was walking distance. I would definitely consider using this vacation home again.

Nice little place that is nice and close to the beach. Plenty of amenities for such a small sized space. Only wish is that they would splurge the extra couple of cents for 2 ply toilet paper instead of single ply.

Little charmer

Sweet little cottage with charming decor inside. Everything a couple needs for a pleasant stay. Beach access an easy walk, and a few restaurants also right there to enjoy without driving.

Charming cottage and Wonderful owner

We had a family member decide to join us last minute and needed an additional bed for them to sleep. We found this place but the system wouldn’t let us book. The owners worked with us to get in same day. The place was exactly what we needed. Very comfy and great location just across to the beach and near SoNapa Grille and Chases. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Cute but not clean

The property was cute and reasonably appointed but there was a lot of evidence of mice in the cabinets and pet hair in the corners of the rooms. They also only provided one towel for two people. The air conditioner vents were also extremely dirty.
