Oceanfront House (Downstairs) 2 bed/ 2 bath

This beachfront house is your perfect beach time getaway. The ocean is steps from your front patio. You could throw a Frisbee into the ocean from the front lounging area. You have your own private walk over where you can sit to enjoy coffee, read a magazine, or watch passerby's as they walk on the beach. This beach house is located on a private stretch of the beach that does not allow cars so the only sound you'll hear is the ocean.

We have recently renovated the exterior - new decking, pavers, shower enclosure. We have also fully renovated the kitchen. The house is located in an upscale neighborhood with million dollar houses flanking each side. The inside has been completely overhauled. The owner has replaced all windows, sliding glass doors, the air conditioning unit, most appliances, and the flooring throughout. The downstairs main living area has a mounted flat screen TV with full cable, including a sports and entertainment package (i.e. millions of channels!). The house also has free WIFI internet. One bedroom has a king size Sleep Number bed. The guest room has two sets of new bunk beds. It comes fully equipped with towels, linens, dishes, and cutlery. Just bring your bathing suit and flip flops! The downstairs unit has a full laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer.

The location is superb. You are 2 minutes from the famous J.B.'s Fishcamp Bar and Restaurant. J.B.'s has fresh seafood and live music almost every night. You are also less than 2 minutes from the intracoastal waterway - think kayaking, manatee watching, and fishing! You are about 10 minutes to Flagler Ave, which is the main strip in New Smyrna Beach. Flagler Ave now touts several new trendy restaurants, luxurious spas, and unique shopping. The place is hopping all year long. And, of course, you are only one hour from Orlando (that is, if you ever want to leave the beach!). Orlando is home to upscale shopping, a culinary explosion of restaurants, and some of the best attractions in the world.

The upstairs is not available for rent.

Location is awesome, quiet and right on the beach! The bottom of the house was big enough for us and the bed was great! Kitchen was well stocked and all the furniture is comfortable. We would definitely want to return in the future for a longer stay.

Great, quiet location on New Smyrna beach with very easy access to the beach! The bottom apartment of the house was clean and spacious for the two of us. Plenty of room for a single family as well. We hope to return again!

Relaxing Beach Getaway

Beautiful, comfortable, clean, and well-appointed beach house. Just steps from the beach, through your own private gate. Premium location on a quiet, one-way, residential street bordered by the beach on one side and beautiful beach homes on the other. The kitchen looks new with top appliances. The living room is ample and very comfortable. Great space for watching the sunrise while sipping a cup of coffee and lounging on a comfy couch in your pjs, or relaxing after a day on the beach to watch tv, play board games, or read a book. Our family of 4 adults loved this place. During the week we had the beach to ourselves and even on Mother’s Day weekend there weren’t any crowds. Amazingly relaxing! We would have been happy to stay longer. The location is close to restaurants, diners, ice cream shops, and grocery stores. Also, the owner is easy to communicate with, replies quickly, and is very attentive. I highly recommend this beach home!

Amazing place to relax not remote work

The house can not have a better location and neighborhood. The house had all you would need. Internet was strong enough for two to work but, the neighborhood had no cell signal. Not the fault of owner or the property just the area. No complaints from me just in case some one wants a work escape.

We really our stay - the beach was steps away from the house & beach chairs & an umbrella were available. We were able to bring our dog, which made it a memorable get away. We enjoyed walking on the beach and the one way street at all times of the day. Very friendly owner & neighbors.

Nice, clean downstairs apartment across the street from beach. My only complaints would be the slow internet (unable to reliably do zoom calls, which means you can't really work while here) and the early (10AM) checkout. If you can live with those two things, it's a nice, simple place right across from the beach. The place was meticulously clean and the owners responded to my questions promptly and courteously.

One of the best rental experiences

The property was amazing, good neighborhood and the neighbors make you feel welcome, the beach is 10 yards from the home. Property manager communicated very well, very quick with responses. Great Location and Friendly Neighbors

Perfect place to stay for our family of 4. We spent 3 days on the beach and drove into Disney 2 days, super easy drive to Orlando! Perfect balance for our teenage kids. WiFi was fast too, we had to use for virtual leaning 2 of the days. The neighbors were so welcoming, a true community. The amount of restaurants and shops in the quaint downtown was awesome too.

We really enjoyed our stay. The privacy of this location was great. We have no complaints even though we had to cut our trip short due to storm it as a wonderful trip. Owner was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this vacation house to anyone.
