Enter our relaxing lake home to the open concept living space with a giant plush sectional sofa, huge smart TV, and gourmet chef's kitchen with all new stainless appliances including a gas stove. Main Level boasts a beautiful king master suite with a luxurious soaking tub and a large shower with two shower heads and instant hot water. Also on the main level is an additional King bedroom with a separate full bath. Upstairs enjoy our large bonus room with 75 inch smart TV where you can log into your favorite apps and TV platforms. There are also air mattresses (if needed). Bedrooms 3 and 4 upstairs have full attached bathrooms one is one Queen room and one king room. Gorgeous screened porch for relaxing, back patio with Gas grill and brand new 8-person hot tub. Six-person Golf cart available at additional fee.

Family Vacation

Amazing! We traveled with 8 adults and 4 small children, and this property met all of our needs perfectly! We enjoyed the golf cart, hot tub, the beach, and swimming in the resort pools! The house was very accommodating for all ages (high chair, pack n play, stocked kitchen)! The neighborhood was very quiet, and everyone we met was so friendly. We loved eating in town and at the marina! We will definitely be booking this house again!!

Family Lake Trip

We had a great Father’s Day weekend at Tim’s Ford lake. Our house was perfect for a large family trip and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend!

Great house

Our family loved this house - the home was clean and we loved the game room with pool table. The golf cart was great to go to the pools and marina. We found the beds very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed!

Beautiful house with great location

This property was beautiful! The house had plenty of room for our 5 man group, since we all needed our own bedroom. The location was convenient to town, but so close to the marina and lake. The golf cart was a great way to get back and forth to the marina where we ate each night. Owners were very kind as well.

Relaxing weekend at the lake!

Very quiet and peaceful stay. Got to enjoy the amenities nearby without any hassle! The golf cart made transporting kids and family around a breeze! Owners were very responsive and great to work with! Looking forward to our next stay!
