Great home walkable to everything!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located shoreline home. Steps from the harbor, walkable to the town beach and new splash pad (perfect for little kids), a quarter of a mile from the train station, and less than a mile to the town center and many restaurants.

Enjoy AC, heat, smart TVs, wifi, and appliances powered by the sun. Solar panels and two Tesla powerwalls run the home. You can be comfortable and help save our planet.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights
If it is possible to toss the towels in the washing machine and start it before you leave that is a huge help. Seem to be the thing that takes the longest and it gives us a jump on it.
Please separate garbage from recycling. Place garbage in bags (more bags are under the sink) and then in the can in the garage. The recycling bin is also in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you want a small to moderate family gathering please just clear that in advance. We have a NO PETS policy to maintain a quality stay for guests
