This place is immaculate. The layout is perfect for a two bedroom beachfront. All the little details and immensities are the best for any property we have stayed at. And where this property sits there is no big buildings to the north for 100 yards. Open spaces, close to restaurants, and great hosts.

Great beachfront stay

From the moment you walk in the door, you see the Gulf through the sliding glass door and then see how beautifully decorated the place is. Dzenis communicated promptly and was very helpful. The location is great and within walking distance of restaurants. Very comfortable place to stay and highly recommend it.

This was an easy no-muss, no-fuss property that was exactly as described, and all lodging areas were very clean. Big TVs in almost every room and a nice big kitchen with new appliances. And right on the beach too! We were lucky to have a turtle nest hatch directly under our patio deck and we watched some 75 2-inch turtles scamper for the Gulf. Many nice restaurants (all different levels) all within 1 mile. Parking was easy with a dedicated spot.

We have vacationed in southwest Florida for over ten years now and the last 5 in Manasota key. This one is the best of all the places we have stayed. The condo is great and has everything you need and more for enjoying your stay. Dzenis is very responsive and easy to work with. We will 100% be back.

Escape from the Cold

Great property. Right on the beach. Clean and stocked with toiletries, dishwasher liquid and washing machine detergent. Owner was responsive and accommodating. Facility itself is still not 100% from hurricane Milton but nothing affected our stay.
