Our stay was at excellent. You receive all details from the owner well in advance. The villa is really a home away from home. You have no needs everything has been taken care off. The villa is clean and well kept. The owner is very friendly and swift to respond with any questions you have as a guest. We will most certainly return here in the near future.

Great family base

Good sized property in nice quiet location. Pool area great. Really easy communication with property manager who was very accommodating to us and sorted out a minor issue easily. Would recommend.

Amazing Villa and Highly recommend to others

Stayed in many villas over the last 20 years and I loved this villa and the location. everything was perfect and made my family holiday perfect. every tv seemed to be modern and had decent cable with lots of channels. was able to connect to YouTube on all of them also which made my son happy. kitchen had everything needed and also the sofa's was so comfy after a long day and wanting to recline in them. the beds were so comfy also with quality mattresses and you could tell the owner has invested with quality products throughout the villa. thank you so much and hope to be in the same villa next year when we return for another holiday.

Fabulous Florida Villa

We have just returned home from 10 days stay in the villa. Arrival was super easy, there was a key pad on the door to get in. Layout of the villa was great for the family all being on the same level and the beds were super comfy and the bedrooms had everything we needed with extra towels etc. Huge TVs in every room with comfy recliner sofas, had a fab variety of films to watch with the whole family. The games room was a huge hit with everyone too. Great location in a quiet area and only 10 minutes drive to Disney and short drive to a wide selection of shops and supermarket. Pool was lovely too but did not get much use as our stay was in February so a little chilly out the sun. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Hurricane Ian evacuee from Fort Myers

The rental property was fine however when I asked the condition of the property after the hurricane I was told it was told several days before we moved in it was 100% ! On arrival the pool was full of leaves and there were several opening in the pool cage although on the day of our arrival we were told the pool was being worked on. The phone was disconnected, and never worked the 11 days of our rental. The heated pool was never warm all the time we were there. All in all a bit disappointing.

Amazing host. If anything randomly happens, she is quick to resolve. Close to lots of restaurants and the parks. Nicer neighborhood and home than others in the general area. Once pool heat started working, was pretty awesome. Backs up to a small lake, so swimming is pretty relaxing as this place.

This house was absolutely wonderful! It is in a nice quiet neighborhood, conveniently located. It has a lovely large covered table and sitting area outside by the pool, with a huge outdoor grill. The house was very clean. It was the best stocked of any home we have ever rented. The house had everything you could possibly want, especially in the kitchen to cook your meals. There were many extras, including a juicer! It was also well stocked with a nice supply of disposables, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry soap, toiletries, etc. The host, Mariana, was fantastic, very receptive to our questions, and responded immediately. We had huge weather temperature swings while we were there and the thermostat was a little complicated to navigate. Mariana sent us information and even sent someone over to the house to help us with it. There was a minor plumbing issue and she had a plumber out there to fix the problem within just a couple hours. We highly recommend staying at this lovely home! It was everything it advertised and more.
