Trash has to be in bags and placed outside in the container IF TRASH IS NOT IN BAGS WE WILL CHARGED A $200 fee for trash removal.

This property is so well ubicated because the community is strategically well located and is so close to the parks but is also a very quiet and peaceful location. You can just enjoy a simple and quiet day by the pool or you can drive minutes to several theme parks in the area.
