We had a fantastic stay. The place was clean, tidy, and surprisingly spacious. It felt like the host had thought of absolutely everything — all the essentials were already there, so you really only need to pack your personal items. The only downside was that the pool was cold and didn’t heat up as well as it should, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else was easy, comfortable, and stress‑free. I’d definitely stay again.

This beautiful home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provided great accommodations for my wife and I and our children and grandchildren. It was close to all of the Walt Disney World parks and even closer to a wide variety of restaurants and stores. We loved the pool table and the pool, and it was so nice to have a laundry room, TVs, internet, and lots of dressers and draws for all of our stuff. Olav

The property was awesome. Everything was decorated nice. Everything was clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Quiet luxury

We had a great holiday at Stromboli Villa . It was exactly as the pictures and was exceptionally clean and tidy . Beautifully maintained and obviously well looked after . The villa is at the far end of a quiet street so there is no through traffic. We did have one small problem with one of the tv,s in a bedroom but Fred came same day and sorted it . We were close to restaurants and Publix and Walmart . Very close to nearby golf courses and only 6 mile from Disney WE would definitely book again if we return to Florida one da

What a wonderful home!

I took my Mom (75) and Grandma (96) to this home for a week to celebrate Mother’s Day. We had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and very clean. Everything that you could want in a kitchen was provided. There were plenty of linens including pool towels. We were able to meet the caretaker and his lovely wife, very kind and helpful! I wanted to emphasize that wile the home was much larger than our little group needed, I chose this property because the homeowners were thoughtful enough to install handrails into both the pool and jacuzzi. This feature was very difficult to find. Thank you for allowing us to rent your special home. We have great memories!

Had high hopes but disappointing overall.

The tl;dr is, - Do not book this house unless you have absolutely no other options. You will be disappointed.We had high hopes going by the pictures, the description & the steep price but our hopes were dashed & it wasn't the cozy, comfortable stay we had expected. PROS- Our contact, Fred was friendly and helpful. - The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware etc. - The house was clean. - The view of the lake was nice. CONS- We paid a daily fee for the pool to be heated but the water was chillingly cold. None of us could use the pool. The kids used the warm pool for some time and even that was uncomfortably cold after an hour or so. We booked this house primarily for the pool and it was useless.- The house was chilled when we arrived. The least we would expect is for the heating to have been turned on before our check in. None of us could sleep that first night in the cold house. - The backdoor alarm was a HUGE nuisance. It was shrill and loud and would blare every time someone went in and out the patio. And wouldn't stop until someone pressed a button. It was such an inconvenience. - For a house that accommodates 12, there was barely enough room for 6 people in the living room. There was a 5-seater recliner couch and one chair. Not enough seating for everyone to lounge together in the evenings. We had to pull in dining chairs to make room for everyone.- The living room, by the way, was right next to the front door. You walked into the house and stepped straight into what was the 'living room'. It was weird and uncomfortable to be lounging on the couch every time sometime went in and out the front door.- Where there should have been a nice, cozy, well furnished living room with ample couch seating for everyone, there was a huge pool table sitting in the middle of the house. The pool table was useless. We used it to stack towels and jackets.- For a house hosting families for Christmas week, the Christmas tree was a bit of a joke. Like someone hastily bought a tree and put it there as an after thought.- There was no starter supply of laundry detergent. Fred was responsive and helpful and the house was decently located. It was also a place for us to be altogether over the holidays, cook meals and enjoy family time. Other than that, I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend this property.

The online description was an understatement. The home was immaculate and inviting upon our arrival. I am a very obsessive housekeeper when it comes to my own home and I could tell this home was maintained with love and attention to every detail. The homeowner even reached out to me and answered a question I posted before the listing agency. This meant a lot. I would HIGHLY recommend this to any family with young children or a family get together. 10 Stars in my book!

Perfect home for family vacation in Orlando

Had a wonderful stay. House is clean, modern, and in close proximity of all the fun of Orlando. About 15 minute to Disney theme parks- tons of stores/shopping/restaurants around. Pool was great! Would highly recommend to any family wanting a comfortable home in a safe community. Space enough for everyone. Plenty of towels/pool towels/linens. Well equipped kitchen. Communicating with property manager was great- working with evolve travel- not so much. Owners sent email wishing us a nice stay- which was a nice personal touch.

We were kept update to date on our stay information. Access to the property was clearly given. Pictures provided were accurate in detail. The home was very open and spacious. We addressed a concern with the property manager who quickly replied and had fixed as soon as possible. Very nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of things close by to do. The house is as pictured and amazing. It was about a 15/20 minute drive to Disney each day - and many places to eat nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We loved staying here and would stay again. Nothing negative to say about this house or host - we loved it! They also left us a special note and we loved this extra special touch.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Very spacious with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked- only thing missing was a mixer. Pool had issues from previous vacationers but caretaker and owner worked diligently to get it corrected. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Enjoyed the use of a garage.
