Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. No heating option. Balcony 4 m2, terrace 40 m2, roofed. Zustand des Hauses

Grundsätzlich ist das Gebäude in einem guten Zustand die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Ich würde dennoch Abzüge geben in folgenden Punkten. - Die duschen haben leider keine Halterung für die Duschbrause. - Ausstattung der Küche schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Herd sowie Backofen funktionieren nicht richtig. Es könnte auch mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein. - leider ist der Außenbereich nicht fertig gestellt, einige Stolperstellen, Kein Bodenbelag, nur sehr scharfkantiger Betonboden.

huis is zeer geschikt voor een familievakantie. wij waren met 4 volwassen en 2 kinderen. het huis is ruim van opzet. zwembad is geweldig en werd door de eigenaar regelmatig gecontroleerd. Bij aankomst aangegeven dat de BBQ er niet meer zo goed uitzag. eigenaar heeft ons een nieuwe gebracht inclusief de briketten. Communicatie ging via WhatsApp en dat was prima. ook hebben zij ons leuke tips mbt restaurants en bezienswaardigheden gegeven. het was een super vakantie. dankjewel

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr schöner Pool, der in den 10 Tagen leider nicht einmal gereinigt worden ist, zudem wurde die Pumpe für einige Stunden abgestellt. dadurch war er sehr verunreinigt. Der in der Beschreibung des Hauses aufgeführter Grill war nicht einsatzfähig und nicht nutzbar ( Grill war Schrott ) nicht Standfest und total verrostet. Wir haben mit dem Vermieter Kontakt aufgenommen bezüglich des Grills darauf hin kam die Antwort er hätte keinen an

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit einem sehr schönen Pool. Ruhig gelegen, so wie wir es uns ausgesucht hatten. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber man ist über die sehr gut ausgebaute Schnellstraße, ruckzuck in Zadar. In Smilcic gibt es einen kleinen XXX Einkaufsladen der Dinge für den kleinen Einkauf hat. Auf einer Skala von 1 - 10 würde ich eine 9 vergeben.
