Great getaway

We stayed at Coco Palm with my family and had a great time. The home is clean and comfortable with fully stocked kitchen. Any issues we had were addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend if looking for a nice, relaxing home.

First Visit to Marathon

Absolutely beautiful home! The well equipped kitchen and 'welcome' package took care of our basic needs. The 'gift' from the owners was an unexpected surprise and greatly appreciated. The home offered poolside activities, along with a variety of games and bikes. Comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms, as well as a nicely decorated home. The outdoor entertaining area was exceptionally nice, shady and full sun areas. The beach chairs were children sized, not suitable for adults. Also, no beach umbrella was on site. The location was convenient and quiet. For those prone to attracting mosquitos, use bug spray or stay inside in the evenings.

Great location & amazing home!

We came down for spring break and loved this home! All the amenities we needed for 8 of us (4 adults/4 kids). The pool was so fun and we loved having a private dock. There was a local bait shop that rented poles for $25/week so we were able to fish whenever we wanted. We also checked out Biscayne and Everglades (about 1:40 min away) and did an excursion from Key West (just over an hour). Coco plum beach is within walking distance and sombrero beach was beautiful and only about 10 min away. We enjoyed grilled dinners poolside at the large table they had and had plenty of space for all 8 of us. The property was very clean and spacious and beautifully decorated with a beach theme. Check in/check out was very easy and host was very responsive. Definitely would stay here again- we were all so sad to leave!

Pros: Nice house, great location, well equipped, spacious, great back patio, dock Cons: Hardly no starter suppliers, After 11am pool is completely shaded, house was generally clean but massive dust on the fans and under the beds, ice machine did not work - asked to have it looked at but never heard back from property manager
