There is a BOAT DOCK #3 available( We are not responsible for your boat) we don’t recommend leaving boat in water overnight or when bad weather occurs due to high currents and waves. Dock includes; fresh water, electric, fish cleaning station. Controlled depth of 7 feet with just seconds out to the ocean or Gulf. Your unit comes with a bait freezer. Jogging/Biking/walking path outside your front door. Shopping and golf course very close by. Publix supermarket and restaurants 5 minutes away. Our host was very accommodating! Everything was great! The elevator was a super welcomed amenity for the couple that stayed with us! A magical vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Marathon. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Even though there were a couple rough days because of Hurricane Ian, we enjoyed every minute. Perfect location between Islamorada and Key West. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Great views, clean and comfortable. Especially liked the elevator. Only downside was the stovetop was difficult to control. It was either barely on or full blastThe property manager was awesome. One of the a/c units was having trouble keeping up. So he came by and put in a temporary unit that solved the issue
The house was great. Perfect location, only thing it stated private dock and pool. You shared this will 13 other houses. But other than that I would definitely stay there again. Check in process was very easy.
Unit was very clean. Amenities were included , just needed to buy our groceries. One thing to mention that all units share the pool and our unit was one of the farther units from pool area . Good to know if you are expecting to have kids with you utilizing the pool all day. Nice dock and gulf view.
We stayed here for a week (party of seven). The property is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. We really enjoyed the beautiful rooftop deck, with excellent views. It was a short walk to the pool, which was heated and very lovely for cool days. The manager replied immediately to questions I had about the property. Three bathrooms were just enough. There is currently two beds (not three, as pictured) in the third bedroom. We did have to use the pull out bed in the living room instead. Nice location and convenient to everything. The elevator was a huge plus!

Defective refrigerator caused flood in the middle of the night
In this townhome, the kitchen is located above the bedroom. At 4 AM water poured from the ceiling due to a defective refrigerator. Spent a couple hours placing empty trash cans and towels on the floor then into dryer so we could reuse them. Turned off refrigerator which partially solved the problem. Needless to say it was a terrible experience.

Clean convenient to the area plenty of usable space.
Quiet place enjoyed the rooftop, people renting other places were very friendly. I would recommend this to other people looking for a nice place to stay
No small detail overlooked - too many to mention. Comfortable, clean, and convenient to middle and upper Keys. We had no issues during our stay. Safe, quiet, and well-appointed.

This Gated community has 14 individual free standing homes located close to Key Colony ( 1 block from Sadowski Causeway. The house is located approximately 150 feet from the heated pool, gravel beach and shore. You can fish from the community dock, launch a kayak and explore a small off shore island, or just relax on the beach and enjoy the view.; First Floor: Entry foyer, stairs to second floor, elevator to second and third floor and under stair storage; Carport that accommodates 2-3 cars or 1 boat trailer and 1 car Second Floor: King size Master Bedroom, double walk in closets, private 8 X 20 covered deck. Ensuite Master bath with large separate shower and whirlpool tub; Second Bedroom with full ensuite bath; Full size high efficiency washer and dryer, storage or linen closet, hall alcove with built in cabinets , elevator access; Third floor: Combination Living/dining with 8 X 20 covered deck, spiral stairs to roof terrace. Granite topped back bar with built in cabinets and wall mounted 65 inch flat screen TV with sound bar (all bedrooms have flat screen TVs). Kitchen has granite counter tops, DOUBLE oven glass top range, micro wave, disposal. dishwasher, and double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. Third Kingsize bedroom with adjoining hall bath, elevator access; Forth Level: 760 sq. ft. roof terrace Accessible by spiral stairs features open air living with patio furniture and BBQ with great views; The community is located on Vaca Cut which provides water access to both the Atlantic and the gulf. boat trailer gravel area for temp storage/parking. The community is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It is approximately 2 3/4 hours from Fort Lauderdale, 2 1/2 hours to Miami, and 1 hour from Key West. Local beaches near by (Key Colony and Sombrero beach).
