Perfect set up for us traveling with grown kids! Great communication and support with any questions.Just note: private entrance outside to get to 2 of the bedrooms with second kitchen.
This place is amazing but the owner are even better. They are very responsive. Everything in the house is CLEAN! Very Clean. The master bedroom and bathroom is so nice. They have many things to cook with. All the appliances are new and work great. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone. If you are thinking about this property pull the trigger and do it. And it's right across the street from a church! So God is looking over you!

You’re the best guest we could ever ask for, John!
What a wonderful home!!! The owners were great and accessible if we needed anything. It was super clean, and that was my favorite part, although the soaking tub was fantastic too. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for your family. Everyone really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our group. The neighborhood is in transition, but the property feels safe and secluded. I will definitely book again.
9/10 would definitely recommend. The master bath was my favorite section of the house. The house was so spacious that I just realized that we were missing 2 rooms and a bathroom. I would assume that they're located in the lower half of the home which we never accessed. I would recommend bringing additional toiletries,
I can't say enough how this host made it so easy for us to enjoy this property. The place is extremely clean, open and bright. While the neighborhood is in transition the attention to detail and security were very much appreciated. The location was key for us and centrally located. Hardwood floors and big open windows made the place inviting. We hope to stay here again next year if possible. I would give the host 10 stars if I could for their curtesy and professionalism.
This “cottage” was photo shopped and totally mis-represented. It was a duplex with separated entrances. It was in a bad area. They had several issues. Ironing board and iron didn’t work. The way down to the 2nd level was a hazard. No handrails, steep walkway. Fire detector was disconnected. I was shocked. We were told we would be reimbursed for a full day because of the inconvenience. Haven’t seen that. The patio had leafs and rotten fruit all over it. The cushions had mold all over them. We were so upset with this.
This couldn’t have been easier for our work group! The house is newly renovated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with needed tools and utensils. Big plus (it’s weird, I know) but the knives were actually good! Ha. There is nothing worse than trying to cook for 10 with full, crappy knives. The area is transition nit living in a city already, this is not unusual.
Terri and Mason were great communicators and really made it easy!
Two pieces of feedback- the property is two units—may not be excellent if there are smaller children but for us it was easy and great. Also, there was an issue with the GFIs with the outlets in the kitchen. It was not a huge deal…just needed to figure out which ones wouldn’t trip the fuse.
We will be back!
We enjoyed our stay at Terri's property while in town for a wedding. The house is recently renovated and very tastefully done with all new furnishings and appliances.
It was very comfortable for our group though we only used the 1st floor and did not need to use the additional bedrooms on the basement level with its separate entrance. The house is very close to the highway but the noise did not bother us when sleeping at night though it was noticeable during the day in the living room.
Terri was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. I would stay at one of her properties again.
