- Wildlife Awareness: Nestled in the rural mountains of Lake Tahoe, you may encounter local wildlife, including bears, coyotes, bobcats, and small animals like field mice. While sightings are rare, please keep pets close, lock your vehicles, and avoid leaving food that could attract wildlife. In spring, woodpeckers may make noise on the chimney, and summer often brings a moth hatch affecting nearby homes. If wildlife encounters make you uncomfortable, this may not be the ideal fit for your stay.
- Winter Travel Tips: A 4WD/AWD vehicle is highly recommended for winter travel. We provide snow removal for the driveway when accumulation exceeds 6 inches.

We LOVED this place. VERY well kept up. The views from the living room and deck are even better in person than the pictures! Super convenient to Incline Village and several great spots to grab a coffee or bite to eat. The owner was very communicative and easy to get in touch with.

Quiet place with a great view

I stayed at the Tahoe Magic property for a long weekend with friends. The property was just as described, clean, and the location felt very quiet and secluded. The view was spectacular and the lake was only 10 minutes away. Kim was a great communicator as well, and we had no issues with checking in. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a getaway in the Tahoe area.

Had a great time. The host was very friendly and responsive. The view does not disappoint from the deck and nearly every room in the house. The only thing we were left wanting was a coffee maker outside of the Keurig cups. Five stars all around.

Memorable Christmas vacation

We were very pleased with the property. The views were spectacular! The wrap around deck was perfect for an afternoon lunch or game with the family. The basement floor’s game room & bar were unique and fun. The kitchen was fully stocked & had everything we needed to make our Christmas dinner. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. They were kind to set up a Christmas Tree for us so our kids could have a memorable Christmas morning. We would stay at this rental again. Thank you Kim & Ed.

Winter getaway

This house is in a great little neighborhood, quiet and cozy. The house was perfect, clean and orderly and well stocked with everything we needed for our week stay. The master bedroom was comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Our daughter and her family used the other bedrooms and the futon, no complaints there either!! The best view, every morning, was making coffee in the kitchen overlooking a panoramic view of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area!! A view that can’t be beat….plus we had a weekend full of snow. Our grandkids played, made snow forts and used saucers down the backyard hill everyday!! No need for other entertainment. We would go back there again. I think it would be so beautiful in all the other seasons as well! Our host was very organized and so helpful, but never interfered with our stay. We had a wonderful week, and we will be back!

Best kept secret at Incline Village!!

My family and I were searching for a property in North Lake Tahoe to rent for 4 nights. Dog friendly was a must! We have 2 service dogs but wanted to find dog friendly homes without sacrificing quality! This place blew our minds!! The house was CLEAN and decorated so well we were amazed! The pictures do NOT do this place justice! The views throughout the high windows do not look real!! Views of lake and views of the snowy hills were mesmerizing and looked like a painted mural! We’ve stayed at places in Tahoe before but all the accommodations in this house were on point. Shampoo/conditioner.. body wash… all kitchen essentials… you don’t have to bring as much as we did! A perfect family vacation spot… the BONUS is the first floor game room! The bar was originally from the 1800’s in a Reno bar and eventually purchased from the original owner of this house when the bar wanted a bigger one. The history of that piece was touching to know we have a real piece of history still in use and is still being enjoyed. The pool table is a classic… just adds to the enjoyment of an already amazing property! This was a special vacation for my husband , my son and daughter in law, and 6 yr old grandson. We were PLEASANTLY surprised and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kim was very easy to deal with and always a text away with any communication needs. We will DEFINITELY be back to enjoy such an amazing property! Thank you Kim!!!!

Stunning views, amazing cabin, kind host!

I had wanted to visit Lake Tahoe for years, and my husband and I finally decided to take the trip for our ten year wedding anniversary. Everything about our stay was nothing short of perfect. Kim was so kind. We got lucky that the cabin was ready a little early, and she let us know. She made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was clean and gorgeous. The view from this place was STUNNING. I got to spend a lot of time out on the deck reading and writing. If my husband and I ever go back to Lake Tahoe, we would love to stay at this cabin again!
