My family loved the view and the location. Well furnished kitchen. If they had had to use the sleeper sofas it would have made the living space cramped.
The view from the balcony was spectacular. The condo met our expectation for cleanliness and amenities. Wonderful stay!!!

Summer is the off season in Sanibel so it’s not crowed at all during the summer. Getting into any of the many restaurants is easy and you basically have the beach/pool to yourself. The unit is like new condition and the communication was excellent. The beach chairs/umbrella were new and access to the beach is the back yard. Absolutely would stay here again!

The property was fantastic - even better than the pictures in every aspect. Being in a smaller complex is perfect for the beach and overall privacy. The management company was great to work with before, during, and after the visit. Unfortunately, hurricane Ian cut our visit short when Sanibel had to evacuate on Tuesday. SVP was very helpful and kept in good communication throughout the unfolding events, and we were able to get off the island before things got rough. They even sent a crew member over to help us load out when the elevators were shut down, which was a big help for us.Hope that the properties all survived and that they can get back on their feet again soon.
