Enjoy beautiful Sanibel Island from this very special luxurious penthouse condominium that affords fabulous views of the beach, a private rooftop sundeck, and all the amenities of home. Enjoy our beautifully appointed kitchen that was remodeled recently.
All rentals run from Saturday to Saturday and no rentals are less than 1 week and going forward in increments of 7 days.

Sanibel is a lush tropical island adjacent to Ft. Myers on the west coast of Florida. From the minute you cross the bridge onto the island, you feel like you are in a tropical paradise far away. Travel to this island is convenient from anywhere in the United States.
Sanibel is between Pine Island Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The beaches are world renowned for shelling. Two thirds of the island is permanently designated as protected nature preserve.

Ponte Santo de Sanibel is Sanibel’s most enchanting vacation paradise! The grounds are well landscaped and kept immaculate. This penthouse is available for you to enjoy a fabulous vacation with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, sunrises, and sunsets (in the winter months). Sunsets can be seen from the beach anytime of year!

Excellent location, just steps to the beach. This unit is very well appointed and equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of room for everyone. Rooftop deck was awesome. Watched the sunset nightly. Beds are comfy and supportive. Renee is very responsive. This unit is exactly as it is described. Close to good restaurants.

My family stayed here for Spring Break and loved this condo very much! Breathtaking views, easy access to the beach, pool and local shops and restaurants. We rented bikes and could get to most local shops and restaurants within a few minutes.

Great condo in a great complex

We enjoyed the complex’s amenities as well as the non crowded beaches. Renee was in constant contact to check in on us and assure all was well. The condo itself has awesome views, was clean , updated and stocked with anything you could want. Would recommend this place to anyone!

The condo was outstanding; beautifully decorated with every accommodation you would ever need. Beautiful beach front view and centrally located on Sanibel Island. The owner, Renee checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would return, as well as recommend to friends and family.

Great stay at Pointe Santo!

Very nice condo unit. Clean and tastefully decorated. Owner responsive to request for adding grilling utensils- had them shipped from Amazon the next day! Excellent view of the ocean and the grounds at Pointe Santo were beautiful as usual.

The photos do not do this condo justice. Everything was pristine and the views were incredible. Renee was very attentive and checked in frequently. We will definitely be returning to E46 the next time we visit Sanibel.

We really loved the ocean views and close beach access from this condo. The condo was roomy, comfortable and quiet. Another great stay!

This is the third time we've had the opportunity to stay in E46, and each time is more enjoyable than the last. The renovations look great and the new appliances are a very nice upgrade. We always stay here because the owner is so pleasant and great to work with, and the condo is just beautiful. The location is the best on the island in our opinion. Our family had as good a time relaxing in the condo as we did walking on the beach, just steps away. We look forward to our next stay! I can't recommend this condo highly enough!

Amazing!

The condo is beautifully furnished and well stocked. It is right on the beach, not set back like many condos are. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The best charactistic of the condo is the rooftop deck. Great for having cocktails and watching the sun set. We'd definitely rent this property again.
