Labor Day weekend stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Kingston plantation. The property was very clean and well-maintained. If you are not at the pool by 9 AM, you can forget about getting a chair. I reached out to The property owner three times and never got a response, but when I reached out to Kingston plantation, they were very quick to respond.

Spring Break Stay

We stayed for 4 nights over Spring Break in April. The condo was ready on time, clean and had all the amenities we could need for our stay. Communication was excellent. They were even able to provide a pack and play for my 1 year old, which was great that we did not have to bring one. The resort is lovely with plenty to do and being able to access the pool and waterpark were a nice plus. The beach was only a short walk away too. The only downside was the bed in the master bedroom is very firm.

Beautiful Condo

My family has been visiting Myrtle Beach for over ten years. We always stay at the Kingston Plantation and specifically at the Brighton. This condo was perfect for our family of four. It was a perfect location to see the beach and water park. The condo was beautiful, the beds were comfy. Upon arrival we noticed the dishwasher was not working but once we let the property managers know about it the washer was fixed immediately. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay again.

We have stayed in Brighton tower a couple of times. This was our first time in this unit and we would not recommend it. The living room furniture is small and not very comfortable. The bed in the primary is so uncomfortable, we opted to sleep in the second bedroom. The sheets are like sandpaper on all beds and the outdoor furniture isn’t optimized for relaxing and enjoying the view (not to mention some was covered in bird poop). The cleaning was surface level. We did find urine stains around the base of one toilet, long dark hairs and old stains on the sheets. We reached out to the property manager and they offered to send housekeeping. Speaking of housekeeping, checkout is at 10 am and they were waiting outside our door at 9:45. Thought that was pretty aggressive. We will not be returning to this unit. There are better options in Brighton.
