Our home is a unique property in quiet neighborhood. It takes around 13 minutes to drive to downtown and Lake. It is 1312 Sq ft 0.26 Acre Lot . It is the right place to stay for relax and fun vacation for family & friends. It is open floor plan, beautifully landscaped with desert plants and palm trees. A lot of windows with natural light . The interior is bright , cozy and roomy in Living room, Dining room & Kitchen . Each bedroom has closets and good size of window. Master bedroom has an access door to swimming pool. Tile floors and kitchen counter tops. Sliding glass door goes out to side patio with distance view of the lake. Kitchen has lots of cabinets and storage area. Living room has two recliners and large couch. Smart TV 50"with cable and free Wifi. Ceiling light fans in all bedrooms, dining room and living room. It has central Air conditioning and Heating . The lot has ample parking for cars and boat/toys. The courtyard leads to the large pool area that is completely surrounded by rock wall & gated. Pool area is lighted for night swimming. No pool heater. The lot has ample parking for cars and boat/toys. Guest will have access to all entire house with exception of garage and two small storage cabinets and a hallway closet. It has drinking Reverse Osmosis system installed to refrigerator & ice maker.

Relaxing stay in a beautifuly area!

We had the most wonderful month in Lake Havasu. The owners were very communicative and everything went very smoothly. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool is heavenly; we were out there every afternoon. Plenty to do in the area and lots of adventures were had. Thank you!!

Quite a distance from everything. Beds were very comfortable, pool is very narrow. Owners were available within seconds. Neighbors were welcoming and very friendly

We decided to buy the house so that we would be able to spend winter in Lake Havasu AZ if we don't travel somewhere else.

What makes this property unique

Our house is very unique, cozy, beautiful and bright. It is 1312 Sq ft 0.26 Acre Lot . The house has a beautiful courtyard entry way that is also lighted. Bathroom in master bedroom has a door connected to backyard swimming pool . Swimming pool area has fire pit, umbrella, outdoor furnitures, bbq grill and all gated and surrounded by wall. Pool has light for night swims and a self cleaning vacuum system . We have also a person who clean the pool once a week. Pool area is surrounded by a rock wall and is gated. The house has a beautiful courtyard entry way that is also lighted. There is a side area that is gated that has a view of the lake and has a table and chairs for relaxing. You can see the lake from dining room and mountain from pool
