Have your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from the wraparound deck offering panoramic views of Eagle Lake. The ground floor offers a second living room, pool table/ lounge area and separate bed and bath. Great for large parties or entertaining. Daily pontoon boat/Jeep rentals are available throughout your stay. Conveniently located near ATV/UTV & snowmobile trails. Plenty of trailer parking. 2 story home offering 3 bedrooms, 8 beds, sleeps 16. 2 living rooms, 3 full baths, and a pool table/ lounge and bar area. Great for entertaining!

The space
Spacious open floor plan with panoramic views of Eagle Lake. Newer cottage with chic, cabin decor. Fully equip kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Upstairs living room features queen, memory foam sofa bed and electric fireplace. 2 private bedrooms. Master bedroom features a king bed and private bath with shower/tub combo. A desk and printer are available for your office needs. Plenty of space for clothing storage. Second bedroom offers a queen bed and large closet. A second full bath offers a walk in shower. Luxury, hotel sheets on all beds makes for a comfortable, cozy stay. Downstairs offers a 3rd bedroom with 4 full beds, third full bathroom, second living room with another sleeper sofa and a pool table & bar area. There is no interior access from the ground floor to the top floor.
A large front porch overlooking the lake features 4 rocking chairs where you can sit and enjoy the views and sounds of nature. All access inside requires the use of stairs.
A long driveway makes perfect for snowmobile trailers, ATV/ UTV parking. Extra parking for large groups is available by contacting the host. The train runs directly behind the house at random times during each day. Super fun for the kids to experience. Not very loud from inside the house.
There is a BBQ grill and picnic table on property for your outdoor dining needs. Beach chairs, kayaks, fire pit with marshmallow roasting sticks and corn hole boards are complimentary with your stay.
