Private 3 bed, 3.5 bath home. Convenient to Kingsport (8 min) Johnson City (24 min) and Bristol (30 min).
This home has a split bedroom floorplan with each bedroom having their own full bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the main level and one downstairs. There is a covered patio and three decks to relax on. One off the kitchen, one private deck off the master and one downstairs off the den. The den has a playstation and plenty of games while each bedroom is equipt with smart TV for entertainment.

Please do not park in the grass in front of the driveway. If you cannot park in the driveway you can park off the road parallel to the house.
