Less than a block (literally just a few steps) to all the excitement 5th Avenue has to offer, such as boutiques, theatre, art galleries and many fine restaurants. The beach is a short walk as well. Two beach chairs, an umbrella (with sand stake), 2 beach towels, a small cooler and even a tote bag are available for your use!

This condo also has a designated parking spot so you don't have to try to find a place to park. You will love not having to do that. No going to the Laundromat either. This condo has its own washer and dryer in the unit.

The kitchen has granite countertops with full-sized appliances. Everything you need is there (pots and pans, coffee pot, small appliances, baking pans, mixing bowls, towels and much more).

Why they chose this property

We looked for years and although we found houses with yards and pools, when we saw the location of this condo we had to have it even though it was twice the cost of the houses we had seen and completely gutted. The renovations turned out beautifully. We bought it to use, to rent and to some day sell. Our choice was fantastic; we've never regretted it. Naples is a beautiful area and this condo is just a few steps away from the wonderful 5th Avenue in downtown Naples.

What makes this property unique

We are in downtown Naples just off the fabulous 5th Avenue area so we are very close to the unique boutiques, amazing art galleries and diverse restaurants. Our unit is very quiet, therefore it is great to also take a break from the action on 5th Avenue if you want to get away from it all. we also enjoy a short walk to the beach or to Cambier Park where our family enjoys concerts, taking our daughter to the kids play area, and playing tennis on one of the many courts available there. We also love to just walk or go for a quick run around the beautiful neighborhood.
