Romantic ground floor one bedroom + den/office cottage located on an oceanfront property in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, just steps to the water. Updated newly furnished large cottage unit features one bedroom with new King size bed. Separate den/office area with desk. Large living room with sofa, dining table and chairs. New kitchen with granite counters, new stainless appliances, pots, pans, dishes and utensils to prepare and make wonderful meals. Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers. Full bath with large walk-in shower. Open floor plan, new windows, bright and light, and washer/dryer. Private furnished deck with lounger, two chairs, table & umbrella ideal for relaxing and dining. Large shared grass yard. Beach chairs, towels, and cooler available.



Pet-friendly for two dogs up to 35-pounds. Pet fee is $100.00 per pet. Larger pups possible for an additional fee. All dogs must be pre-approved. No dangerous breeds and must be up to date on all shots. Pet owners must pick up behind their dog!



Access to a large, shared outdoor heated & cooled swimming pool nearby. Located on a quiet residential street on the ocean side of A1A Beach Blvd with no streets to cross. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Less than one mile to Publix. This cottage rental is half of the duplex. The other half is also available to rent.



Electric cars, e-bikes, e-scooters, and items with similar batteries are not permitted to be plugged in at the property. Batteries for e-bikes and skateboards are not allowed to be inside the cottage due to insurance regulations.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit is charged at the time of booking, with the remaining balance being automatically charged 60 days prior to arrival. For stays 14 nights or less, our cancellation policy is 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Inside 60 days, the reservation is non-refundable.



For stays 14 nights or longer, we require 90 days’ notice for a free refund. Inside 90 days prior to arrival, all payments are non-refundable.



There is a separate $500 refundable security deposit, which is charged 3 days prior to arrival, and refunded 3 days after departure (as long as there was no damage or excessive cleaning required).



PRIOR TO BOOKING: Please send us an inquiry including a little about your reason for visiting, and provide details about any pets you would like to bring. All pets must be pre-approved.
