It is located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, just a few homes away from the beach. The unit has a fenced-in backyard and is pet-friendly. Wireless internet is also included!

This open-concept, fully remodeled flat is perfect for your vacation getaway. Conveniently located on the ground floor, you can prepare meals in the stunning kitchen equipped with high-end appliances. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. Incredible beach vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect location to the beach and within walking distance to many fun restaurants. We traveled with our dog and the fenced in yard was a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute, compact and convenient!

We had 4 adults (2 couples) stay a long weekend. The place was updated, clean and truly only steps from the beach! It’s definitely on the small side, but we didn’t hang out there much - there are so many restaurants and places to go so close by we pretty much just showered and slept at the house. The fenced back yard was great for our dog too!

Excellent location; Unit was clean and had everything we needed, including a small private fenced area for our 2 little dogs. Plenty of room for everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Location is perfect. Everything was good. Only one suggestion is to have a gate on top of the stairs so the dogs can enjoy the outside patio.

Weekend getaway

Condo was just what we needed for our long weekend in St Augustine. Clean and close to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop. Great for a small family and would use again / recommend to others for future trips!

Great Location

This property is great for older couple or young family. Very clean and accommodating and exceptionally close to beach and restaurants on a1a beach Blvd. Only negative I have is that living room furniture could use ottoman or other end tables but great property!!

Very comfortable unit. Great proximity to beach and town. Would recommend and stay again.

Unit was decorated beautifully, the beds were comfortable, a lot of storage/closet space, and more than enough towels and linens. Wish there was a light in the back yard.

Nice modern pet friendly beach house.

This is a nice place to stay and great for pets too. I felt it wasn’t cleaned well, and it was a little inconvenient that you have to go out the front door to get to the back yard. It is the 5th house from the beach and a good location.

Teachers Spring Break

My wife is a teacher and had spring break the last week of March. Myself, her and the dog stayed for the first time in St. Augustine. The property was great, location is perfect, 5 houses off the beach, walking distance to restaurants. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Wonderful Condo Steps from the Beach!

My husband, dogs and I stayed at Sugar Sand Villa in December 2018. We had a wonderful time! The condo is a great size, clean, and decor is quite modern. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is a great size! This condo is on a side street that takes you straight to the beach and down the street from a great coffee shop and plenty of restaurants in St. Augustine Beach. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Beautiful days

My family and I want to express our gratitude for the stay in this wonderful house. First of all everything was very nice, clean and comfortable. We also want to thank you for allowing us to take our little puppies Coton and Misty who are also part of our family. The location is wonderful since it is a few steps from the beach and the area is excellent. Hopefully we can go back soon.

great location to relax

This place is in a great location. Walk to the beach, coffee or a Cali burrito. These are not complaints. Just of note: - Not a lot of supplies. If you need foil or plastic bags, etc. Bring them. Usually, these things are there from previous visitors but not here. - No beach supplies. So you need to bring those too. Again, surprising. I have not stayed at a place before without these items. - There's only 1 parking spot. This wasn't an issue for me with one car and it's better than no spot. Just a heads up for those who may have more than one car. - Small backyard for the doggos. - No BBQ. So do not plan on grilling.

Nice Property, great location

Sugar Sand Villas are perfectly located in the heart of St A Beach, only a few houses from the ocean, and easy walking distance to The Beachcomber, Stir It Up, Kookaburra Coffee and other St A Beach eateries. Although I was in the lower unit, I would try to book the upper unit next time -- it has a brighter front porch area, and you can avoid the foot noise you hear in the lower unit (which in our case wasn't bad at all -- good neighbors). Otherwise, it's a very nice, clean, comfortable vacation property, far preferable to a condo IMHO. I would definitely book it again.
