Though almost 100 years old, you can enjoy all the modern comforts of today, wifi, TV, updated bathroom and kitchen, nice appliances, washer, and dryer. This home is filled with charm and sits on a quiet and private street, close to Notre Dame, shopping, restaurants and more. You will enjoy your stay here!

Great house, with history!

Loved this house and appreciated the beautiful wood throughout the home. Everything was as described; nice to have the washer and dryer. I enjoyed the artwork and vintage furniture pieces.

Good location but not high standard

Good location. Neighborhood peaceful and many stores within walking distance. Dining room clean and sofas comfortable. Front porch dusty and dirty unclean. House smelled a little . Bedrooms clean but some bedding too unclean to use. Kitchen well equipped but no fan on stove so we inadvertently set off smoke alarm. Most windows couldn't be opened. Communication with management company not the best , they didn't reply quickly to messages sent to them. Check in was easy.
