The space
We are so excited to Host you & your family!
We are SuperHosts and also own a beach property in Surf City, NC & Orlando, Florida.
We love to have our guests feel like family when they stay at our home. Everything is provided for your comfort during your stay including pots/pans, coffee pods for the keurig machine, linens, WiFi, Smart Tv, books, board games, blankets, towels & linens.

The Duplex sleeps 7 comfortably.
1 Queen Bed with Smart TV and dresser.
It has an attached bathroom with tub shower.
Second Bedroom has 1x twin over Full Bunk Bed that has Smart TV set up on the dresser and work table.

Fully stocked kitchen. Pack N Play is provided with every stay and located in the bedroom closet. Please bring your own blankets/sheets for it.

At Check in, you will be provided with starter kit of k-cups for the Keurig
Machine, salt/pepper, dishwashing soap, and 1 dishwasher pod, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of Paper Towels, starter trash bags. Please bring additional additional supplies if needed for the duration of your stay.
Guest access
You have full access to the home. There is one hallway utility closet that is locked with staff cleaning supplies.
Other things to note
We are pet friendly. (Only dogs, no cats please). Please make an additional request if you plan to have a pet at the house for approval. There is an additional pet cleaning fee that will apply to your stay per pet.

We have a private backyard that is fully fenced in with a small patio and chairs. Kindly pick up after your pets outside and keep on a leash around the neighborhood. Pets must be in with you or in a kennel when leaving the home to avoid any unforseen damages to the home, which could result in additional cleaning fees
