The living space of the approximately 65 m² property is spread over three levels. On the ground floor are the living area with dining room and a fitted kitchen. A staircase leads to the upper floor. There is a separate bedroom and a modern, new bathroom. Another staircase leads to the attic.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable sitting area, a Smart TV (65 inches), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a Alexa Echo Dot. Netflix is available to stream movies on all three TVs for free.
In the kitchen combi oven with microwave, 2-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available.

The cozy dining table can accommodate four people.

From the living area you reach the furnished, covered and sheltered south-facing terrace.
The separate bedroom is equipped with a modern box spring bed (180x200cm), a wardrobe and a second TV set (43 inches). Blackout pleats are available here.

A space-saving staircase leads to another bedroom / children's room on the second floor. Here you can expect an adventure loft bed with two single spring mattresses (90x200cm), which can also be easily pushed together to form a large mattress.
Again, a smart TV (32-inch) is available. For "rainy days" are here DVD player and Playstation with games ready to pass the time.

The newly renovated bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. A hairdryer is available.

The apartment was fully furnished with designer flooring and in the nursery area with high quality carpeting.

Bed linen & towels and a tea towel and a small service package are provided free of charge.
