Visit the pool and lounge area or take a short stroll to the sand and revel the sun and waves on the beach. Fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room, furnished patio, in unit washer and dryer, wireless internet, TVs, DVD player, linens provided, accessible, elevator, assigned covered parking stall. Summer rentals are weekly Friday to Friday.Renter must be 21+ years of age and present / staying at property per HOA rules. No pets.
