Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wet/dirty towels please put in laundry room.
Please make sure all trash is bagged before taking it to the bins located out the back door to the right along the fence.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a no party policy, if you choose to break this policy an extra charges will be assessed.
There will be an extra fee for any persons over the number of occupancy. The charge is as follows $50 per person, per day.

Canyon fun

What a great property! This home was in a nice neighborhood and felt very safe. I loved the furnishings inside and appreciated the high-end appliances. I can’t wait to come back the next time we visit Palo Duro Canyon.

This home was the perfect stay for our spring break getaway. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and extremely clean. It’s not in the middle of everything but not far from attractions. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Our host was so helpful and always responded in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Stay For WT Graduation

This house was perfect! So clean and beautiful. We took advantage of the Weber grill and cooked out burgers after my daughter graduated from WT. I highly recommend this home. There is so much space and it's lovely.

The property is new and very clean, bathroom, bethroom so it has a living room very big and the hosters is attentive to you whatever, they are very friendly and we recomend to choice.

Fantastic stay

I booked this for a weekend trip with family. The space is gorgeous and was well-prepared--a diffuser was running, and the property owner left us a card thanking us for our stay. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds were plush and adjustable, and the bathrooms included bath bombs and fluffy towels. Clean house, accurate listing, and solid amenities. We'll be coming back!

While having work done to our home, we were lucky enough to stay at this home. We could not haved been more pleased. It is just perfect. The layout of the home is so nice. Kitchen is beautiful with a large bar area and everything you could possible ask for. We loved the open concept and the cozyness of the house.

WT Graduation May 2025

Our 3 kids have gone to WT and now all are graduates of WT…. This was our last one! Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, easy access to Canyon, Tx and WT campus! Would recommend this home to anyone. Will use again if we are ever in the area again. The master bed is super comfy! The others all slept well also, family said. Nothing bad at all to say about our stay! Book it!!!

Oasis in the.Panhandle

Beyond excellent!! 10 stars!! Beautiful home that was meticulously clean and comfortable. We loved the plush adjustable bed, the gorgeous kitchen, the open concept with high ceilings and the large couch to watch the big screen TV. You can tell Ann-Marie detailed her beautiful home to maximize her guests enjoyment. Communication was prompt and caring. We would love to stay at Ann-Marie’s oasis again the next time we are in the area.

Great Host & Clean House

We had a short 2 night stay. The house is newly build with all the amenities you would need. We had a group of 8 which included my wife and I and our 3 teenage children. In addition, my parents and my sister. We had plenty of room. We were in town to see the Texas musical and explore Palo Duro Canyon. The host/owner, Ann-Marie, was readily available for any questions or issues we had. A well deserved 5 stars! We would definitely stay here again.

Very impressed

I was so impressed with the cleanliness of this house. Everything was pristine and obviously well maintained. We had plenty of towels and it was so nice having enough table seating and plates/glasses/silverware for our group of 9. The decor was lovely but also not so much that I worried about the kids messing with it. The location was great for us - only 20 minutes to Palo Duro Canyon and one mile from grocery access (Walmart). I would wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone!
