Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wet/dirty towels please put in laundry room.
Please make sure all trash is bagged before taking it to the bins located out the back door to the right along the fence.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a no party policy, if you choose to break this policy an extra charges will be assessed accordingly breaking the policy .
There will be an extra fee for any persons over the number of occupancy. The charge is as follows $50 per person, per day.
