Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please see the manual for departure procedures located on top of the wine bar in the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A licensed picture is required and a signed waiver release that will be sent to your email via docusign at the time of booking. No weddings or events.
The garage and master closet upstairs closet will be locked off. The rest of the home is available for use. See guidebook and rules for details.
Turtle season is May 1st-October 31st. All items have to be brought in from the beach and all lights off every night with the blinds closed.

This is a fantastic home and a great location. We had multi-generational family vacation stay here and the layout worked well for old and young. The layout of the living room kitchen was great for visiting. The outside area and the beach were top notch. Check In was easy and the interactions with the host were excellent. This is a wonderful home to stay in and we will absolutely be looking to book again next time we are in the area.

Beautiful Home and Beach

The home was absolutely amazing and only steps from the beach. It was perfect for our family vacation. The home had lots of space and very nicely furnished. Lina was the best hostess! She has definitely thought of all the amenities from beach tents, boogie boards to the well stocked kitchen and the grill. Can’t wait to stay again next year!

Beautiful home

Family trip of 6 adults and 4 small children. Plenty of space for everyone. House flows so well it made it very easy to manage the whole group. Beach was right there and so easy to access back and forth with little ones. Lina was delightful to work with and answered any questions we had promptly!Wonderful home, wonderful hosts. Great Location and Great Home

We came down for just a week get-a-way for some time away and relaxation. The home was very nice, clean, and had plenty of room to not be crowded. The location was perfect and had plenty of nearby restaurants and things to do - close to Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine. The hosts were very informative and provided great information.

Unbeatable Beachfront Experience

I cannot imagine a better place to stay in the area. This house was amazing and had everything our group needed. The beach access is unmatched and we ended up basically having the beach to ourselves the whole trip. Lina and Larry were extremely helpful throughout the process leading up to check-in and during our stay. I cannot recommend a stay at this place enough. It is truly perfect.

Beautiful Beach Front Home

Plenty of room for everyone, clean and well kept. Top notch appliances, AC very cold, beds comfortable, back deck large and accommodating. Only negative thing was huge spider webs on stairs going to sundeck and on handrails on upper bedroom outside deck. Would definitely stay here again.

Family get a way to Reconnect

Even better than the photos! Location is incredible. Views are Outstanding!! The hosts are very responsive and accommodating! The access to the beach is the best I’ve ever had. It’s a dream for a toddler mom or for elderly folks with mobility issues. Will absolutely book this place again!

Great Rental

Our host was amazing! The house was clean and in a wonderful location. The air conditioner kept the house very cool even with temps near 100 degrees. Lina responded to texts and phone calls immediately. Overall, this was a wonderful place.
