In the northern Maremma, about 4 km from the sea, you have your family 90 sqm house and 3000 sqm plot,
(partially fenced) alone available. Casa Colmata is close to the beautiful sandy beaches of Baratti and the picturesque town of Piombino (4 km away each). For dog owners: Two beautiful dog beaches, the dog beach between San Vincenzo and Baratti and the dog beach of Perelli are about 10 km away.
Wi-Fi connection is located throughout the house. The holiday home has a well-equipped kitchen with 4 gas rings, oven, coffee machine and toaster. In the living room is the TV with German program and the comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons.
Guests can access the beautiful terrace with enclosed garden property from here, enjoying a beautiful view of the neighboring hills. Our garden and the terrace invite you to sunbathe, feast and relax. The house is at the end of about 150 m. long, well-developed dirt road and is therefore completely car-free. At the end of the property drives about 4 times a day an old freight locomotive over, but this does not cause noise disturbances, for children is rather interesting. You are in the rural area of Piombino, where you can enjoy the tranquility and the panoramic views of the Tuscan hills after turbulent days on the beach. A car is required because the connection to the public network is available, but very poorly developed.
The art-historically famous cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena can all be reached in one to one and a half hours.
