The Nispo1 apartment is located within a private, fenced property, 50 meters from the sea in the small bay of Nisportino, where unspoiled nature and crystal-clear waters provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday.
The cove is nestled in a valley with lush vegetation, while the surrounding mountains ensure a pleasant, never-sweltering temperature, even in the hottest months.
The crystal-clear sea and the pebble-and-sand beach provide a prelude to unforgettable sunsets.
The apartment is recently built and includes a parking space on the property, which can be accessed through an electric gate (remote control is provided).

The apartment consists of a kitchen-living room with a queen-size sofa bed, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and an outdoor space with a sea view where you can enjoy lunch and dinner.
The apartment is equipped with dishes, cutlery, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, satellite Wi-Fi, a remote-controlled electric gate, and one parking space.

The apartment is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:00 AM on the day of departure.

Really nice!

We were there 1 week in august. The flat is really nice, clean, close to the beach and in a very nice little bay. Beach nice for snorkeling with a good Restaurant (rather on the higher priced side). Nisportino is at the end of the road which makes it calm and Not so crowded. Cristiano and Silvia where really nice hosts! Thx for the great stay.

Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Die Ruhe in dieser Bucht ist grandios, liegt vielleicht daran , dass es sich um eine Einbahnstraße handelt. Umso besser. Das Restaurant ist gut, allerdings etwas überteuert, die Speisen überschaubar. Dafür Sunset inklusive, und das einzige Restaurant vor Ort. Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür

Ein schöner ruhiger Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit Spülmaschine, es gab zum Glück auch Fliegengitter. Ein schöner Platz zum Essen auf der Terasse war vorhanden. Zum nächsten Supermarkt musste man einige Kilometer fahren, dafür war man zu Fuß gleich am Strand mit einer guten Pizzeria vor Ort. Für einen ruhigen abgeschiedenen, landschaftlich sehr schönen Urlaub super und auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Sigrid

Super Lage - tolle Vermieter

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Cristiano und Sonia. Das Meer ist wirklich sehr nah und es ist eine schön klare Bucht mit ein bisschen Seegras als wir da waren. Die Küche könnte ein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein (nur 6 Gläser, keine guten Messer), aber insgesamt ein super Appartement mit einer top Lage!

Erholung pur in einer super Gegend

Wir waren 2015 zum vierten Mal hier. Wir fühlen uns schon wie zu Hause. Man kann auf der schönen Terrasse wunderbar entspannen und dem Alltag entfliehen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht; einen schönen Grill gibt es auch. Die Lage am Meer ist genial. Die Vermieter sind super nett, immer vor Ort und hilfsbereit. Wir haben bereits für 2016 wieder gebucht und freuen uns schon auf den Urlaub

Wir sind bereits das dritte Mal bei den Bellesis in Nisportino gewesen und werden auch in Zukunft wieder hinfahren. Die Lage ist einfach genial (direkt am Strand) und Bellesis sind total nett, lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist super und auf der Terrasse kann man sich wunderbar erholen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hier her.

Un luogo tranquillo ed accogliente per passare una vacanza all'insegna del relax. Cristiano e Sonia sono due ospiti fantastici, capaci di farti sentire a Casa fin dal primo momento, accoglienti, simpatici e disponibili, si prendono cura degli appartamenti, del giardino e degli ospiti con grande passione. L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. L'ampio spazio esterno con vista mare è il contesto migliore per preparare ottime grigliate, cenare con gli amici guardando le stelle, pranzare all'ombra, rilassarsi al sole. A due passi da casa si trova una tranquilla spiaggia libera, poco frequentata e dotata di servizio ombrelloni e lettini a bassissimo prezzo.

Appena arrivati l'accoglienza è stata gradevolissima. I due proprietari Cristiano e Sonia sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili per qualsiasi informazione. L'appartamento super comodissimo dotato di tutti i comfort e veramente a due passi dal mare. Spiaggia consigliatissima per la famiglia e molto rilassante. Ristorante sulla spiaggia molto bello per passare una serata all'insegna del relax. Speriamo di poter tornare presto tanti saluti da Francesco Elena Walter Summer e il 1 settembre da Lorenzo ciaoooooooooo......

"posto ideale per chi ama la quiete.la casa è praticamente sul mare.finalmente un appartamento che sembra pensato non solo per turisti.proprietari presenti ed estremamente gentili.dotazioni sopra la norma.la cala non è frequentata da barche, che in altre località si avvicinano fin troppo alla riva.a due passi bar pizzeria che affitta a prezzi modici ombrelli e sdraio."

"L''appartamento gode di una vista stupenda ed è in un contesto di completa natura.L''ampio (ed attrezzatissimo)terrazzo rende il mare fruibile senza nemmeno andare in spiaggia. Le forniture dell''appartamento sono veramente complete e tutto è veramente curato con gusto e fino nei dettagli. C''e'' tutto l''indispensabile, c''è quello di cui si potrebbe anche fare a meno e ci sono anche parecchie comodità (come la lavastoviglie) che in vacanza sono proprio come coccole. Comodissima la doccia esterna, anche solo per sciacquare scarpe, materassini, secchielli, palette, palline...la distanza dal mare è veramente poca e la spiaggia offre sabbia, scogli, ghiaia...un po'' di tutto a fare da contorno ad un acqua cristallina. I proprietari sono sul posto, presenti e di una disponibilità estrema (anche solo per quattro chiacchiere o le classiche dritte giuste). Partendo, la sensazione nei loro riguardi è stata quella di lasciare degli amici..."
