Iā€™d host these guests again in a heart beat. They were kind, respectful and even called me when the town sent a meter reader to enter the backyard. We look foreword to many more visits from them!

This is lovely home, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We felt very safe and was just what we were looking for after watching the Texas A&M Aggies win the last Southwest Classic.

Clean, well maintained and perfect for our family

This was a great home for our family. The place was cleaned well, designed and furnished almost perfectly for our needs and provided for some great memories made. Internet was solid, beds were very comfortable, the teenage kids fought :-) over who got to sleep in the giant bean bag in the room with the bunk-bed, kitchen was equipped very well, big back yard was roomy for when the weather got better, bathrooms were stocked well and clean. A couple of nits: The local gas company arrived the morning after our first night stay and said they were scheduled to take disconnect the gas for the day leaving us. In communications with Lancine we agreed that this would not happen and I sent the gas company away. The white glass cooktop needs special cleaner that we had to purchase to get it clean between uses, since the bottoms of the pans in the home create dark spots on the cooktop. Regardless we got it done. If we are ever in the area, we would not hesitate to go back to this lovely home. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking in this area.

Pictures were accurate, lovely warm home. Easy check in. Comfy sheets, blankets and towels. Plenty of space for a group to gather in the main living area and then retreat to separate rooms when needed. Enjoyed playing cards out back and greeting Rusty the cat on the fence each morning. Yard was large and well kept, perfect for wiffle ball. 2 neighbors may find a home run or two. Great visit , definitely recommend.

My wife is an interior designer, and I am an Air Traffic Controller. We are working to help our children enter the housing market in this crazy economy by running our first ever short term rental property.

Why they chose this property

We love this quiet neighborhood with a a park down the street and quiet single story homes that have a good amount of space in between.

What makes this property unique

The style of this house will remind you a bit of the 60's and will fill you with nostalgia. It's the perfect blend of comfort and beauty, mixed with practical and cozy.
