This stylish 1,200 sq. ft. home Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Fully Renovated with Spa out in the balcony! A luxurious home coming feeling! Take advantage of an absolute perfect location of Big Bear Lake in the Heart of The Village. Only 100 steps from The Village, close to all your finest dinning restaurants and shopping's stores and all the entertainment! Place to stay is perfect for group trips.
The space
This cabin is walking distance to the Village, restaurants, shops, and entertainment a few steps away from the house.

The modern kitchen is brand new with all brand new appliances, fridge with ice maker, stove microwave, blender, toaster pot and pants, baking sheets. All the essentials to cook and prep your meals. We provide also coffee, tea, creamer, salt and a pepper.

Layout of the house:

-Dinning room area with table and seating area.

1st floor:

-Living room area with 2 couches Smart TV to connect your own streaming apps to watch your favorites movies and shows.

-Outdoor spa for 5 people, Strings lights on the deck and patio furniture with chairs and table to enjoy the nights in the spa.

2nd floor

Bedroom 2 with a queen size mattress and electric fireplace with Smart TV with Netflix.

Upper deck with BBQ and chairs and tables to enjoy the nights.

We have a carport to park up to 2 cars and we have a gravel parking to park RV or boats trailers. We have an additional 3r parking with asphalt.

Big Bear Life

The place is nice, the check in was not what I expected, sent us to the wrong location. Some of the pictures make you think there are two bathrooms, but the description states one. The laundry room is shared, and you need to move a couch to get to the door. Details stated a blow dryer, never found it and a Keurig but there was some ice coffee maker instead. The hot tub handle was broken so it took two people to move the cover. Some of the hosts requests were out of the ordinary. I use VRBO all the time and they were not the norm. Good location, but the cat next door was a problem with its calling out from time to time. I was not informed about a cat. I was informed about workers showing and making noise after they were already there. Fees were more than a one day rental, probably will not stay here again. There are other rentals in the same location so I will try those next time.
