Guests will have access to the entirety of the home and all amenities/appliances inside. Guests will also have the ability to enjoy 3 pool areas, a tennis court, and a seasonal indoor pool.

Part of the River Oaks Condominiums, this stay enjoys many of the perks of Golf-course Condos. These include quick access to the course, excellent amenities, and a relaxing-getaway atmosphere. With quick highway access, you still have the ability to enjoy many of the popular activities Myrtle Beach has to offer within minutes. Guests are welcome to walk around the neighborhood and experience the serene, summer Golf Course views.

Parking is free and you have the ability to use up to 2 spots. Cars or Ubers are recommended to access Downtown Myrtle Beach or the Myrtle Beach airport.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, and ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED. INCLUDED WITH EACH STAY: Complimentary Keurig Coffee Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels) Dish/Laundry Detergent Towels/Linens Basic Cooking/Kitchenware Pets are NOT allowed at all. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
