We had a wonderful time visiting. Property was a convenient location and so easy to access and work with the property manager. We would definitely go back. Only downside is that the neighbors above the property are very loud. We are used to noise as we have kids but it could bother other guests.

Clean place

The apartment was cleaned and decorated well. Our stay would’ve been much better had the tenants above not been so loud and rambunctious. Also would’ve appreciated having a television in the second bedroom.

Mother’s Day in SC

Overall the condo was just as pictured. Very nice. Convenient to our family who resides in a unit nearby. We were there visiting for Mother’s Day weekend. The only complaint is the noise that was from the upstairs apt. above at all hours of the night. There was no such thing as “quiet” hours.

Great for our family of 4

Very clean and recently updated. Nice shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels provided. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows provided. Nice kitchen with what we needed and large refrigerator. We could hear the upstairs neighbors very loudly around dinner and bed time (8:30 for our kids) but they went to bed around 9:30 so not a huge deal. The sliding glass door lock needs repair.

Clean. But missing some things

Clean condo and convenient to Coastal Carolina University. No hair dryer and the coffee machine was inoperable. Also, WiFi not secure.

Clean and convenient

Very clean and close to CCU. The walls must be thin because the people above us were very loud until 11pm and back at it at 6 am. At least the beds were super comfortable so falling back asleep wasn’t impossible. The kitchen is nice, but the coffee maker didn’t work, there are no wine glasses and only butter knives (an issue if you plan to cook). Overall it was a fine place, but a truly fully stocked kitchen and quiet neighbors would have made it perfect.

Cleanliness and location were good. Lamp in living room was broken, light bulbs was out in bathroom, Door handle on closet door dangling, no wine glasses, inadequate glassware, no box of tissues, furniture was very cheap, place needed a paint job. Definitely would not recommend it to anyone I know. Also it took 2 1/2 days for the management office to finally get us parking passes for our cars.

We try our best to make sure every unit has adequate parking passes; however, they do need to be purchased through the HOA, and unfortunately, sometimes guests forget to return them, and it takes some time to have them replaced. Good location and it was clean. Had trouble getting parking passes. Inadequate amount of glassware and no wine glasses. No box of tissues. 4 pictures attached that are things that broken or did not work. Paint job needed though out. Cheap furniture. Would not recommend it to a friend.
Floor lamb did not work.
Bathroom light did not work
Trash can was broken
Closet door handle falling off

Larry, thanks for your feedback. We're glad you found the location convenient and the unit clean. We’ve addressed the issues you pointed out, with the exception of the living room lamp, which we were not aware of but will take care of right away. We understand the frustration around the parking passes. While we do our best to ensure they're available for every stay, they’re managed through the HOA and sometimes aren’t returned by previous guests, which can cause delays. We’re also reviewing the glassware inventory and will make sure the kitchen is properly stocked, including adding wine glasses and tissues. Your comments about the furniture and paint have been noted and will be passed along to the owner for future improvements. We appreciate your input and are working to make the necessary updates.
