Rêve de Mer is a family-favorite beach cottage in a prime Seaside, Florida location—just a 176-yard walk to the private beach and a 4-minute stroll to the Seaside Amphitheater, surrounded by over 35 shops and restaurants! Recently renovated, this private residence is sure to become a crowd favorite.

Upon arrival, you’ll find ample parking in front of the home, including a designated driveway for one car. A spacious front porch welcomes you with rocking chairs, two Adirondack chairs, and a bench swing—the perfect spot for your morning coffee.

Inside, the living room to the left features a large sofa, two club chairs, and a wall-mounted 4K UHD flat-screen TV—ideal for family movie nights or watching the game. Just off the renovated kitchen is the adjacent dining area, which comfortably seats 6–8. A breakfast bar, which seats two more, offers a great view of the kitchen. The fully renovated kitchen boasts quartz stone countertops, all-new stainless steel appliances, a four-burner gas stove, and a large double-door refrigerator—perfect for preparing family meals at home. Nearby, a renovated hall bath includes a vanity and provides access to one of the two outdoor showers.

On the first floor, there’s sleeping space for three. The primary king bedroom includes an ensuite renovated bathroom with marble vanity, a tub/shower combo, and a luxurious rain shower head. The room also features large closets, a spacious dresser, and a private wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Just down the hall is a bonus sleeping nook with an additional twin bed.

Stairs off the kitchen lead to the second floor, which includes three more bedrooms and a large open sundeck running the length of the home’s front. The second upstairs bedroom features a king bed, a closet, and access to the shared sundeck—complete with chaise loungers and serene treetop views. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and also shares access to the front sundeck. The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds. All three upstairs bedrooms share a renovated full bathroom with a single vanity and a large glass-enclosed walk-in shower featuring both a rain shower wand and an overhead rain shower head.

Off the rear of the home is a screened-in porch with outdoor dining for four and a large, lush, fenced backyard. A gas grill on the rear porch makes for easy, laid-back afternoons spent grilling. Additional features include two enclosed outdoor showers and a designated laundry room on the first floor with a full-size washer and dryer.

The home is stocked with puzzles, games, books, and music, giving guests plenty of entertainment options during their stay.
