The home has an elevator which is great for guests with mobility issues. There is everything that you need for a great stay making it the perfect getaway for multi-generational families or groups of close friends. The Peninsula is a private, resort-style, gated, waterfront community offering world-class amenities including an indoor golf simulator, a driving range, a full-service spa, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, an outdoor wave pool, a 9 hole miniature golf course, a professionally designed tennis (4 Premier & 2 Har-Tru courts) & pickle ball venue (6 courts), lighted basketball courts, fitness center, large kids game room, nature/walking trails, 30,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, private bay beach, fishing pier, nature center and more! Guests will have access to the world-renowned private Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course (extra fee applies). There are also water sports on the bay through paddleboard and kayak rentals. Please note - to access the Peninsula amenities, renters will need to purchase guest passes directly through the Peninsula at the desk at the Athletic Club at an additional fee.

The Peninsula is located on the Indian River Bay and is a short drive from Rehoboth, Lewes, Dewey Beach, shopping including the Tanger factory outlets and an array of fine dining options. On-site dining is available at the clubhouse. There is also access to the outdoor full service bar, and 2 additional outdoor dining options at the pool.

For our property, The Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 12 (twelve guests) and 4 (four) cars to be checked in at the gatehouse! We will provide linen/sheets/bath towels but please bring your own beach towels. Strict no smoking policy. No smoking, vaping or use of Hookah. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! IT IS GEARED FOR MULTI-GENERATIONAL FAMILIES & GROUPS OF CLOSE FRIENDS. This property does not accept pets due to allergy and HOA restrictions.

IMPORTANT The Peninsula requires submission of the Gatehouse Registration 10 days prior to rental start. DO NOT book the house if the registration window has passed as we will have to cancel - Apologies for any inconvenience. All guests must be listed for registration. No changes to list can be made after it is submitted to the Gatehouse.

NOTE: Bookings between Memorial and Labor Day require a Saturday changeover with 7, 14, or 21 nights stay (HOA and Club requirement). In the off-season there is a 3 day minimum.

Weekly Pass - $110/ Adult & $55/ age 6-15.
Weekday Pass- $30 Adults & $15/ age 6-15.
These fees exclude golf fees. Tennis and pickleball courts must be reserved prior to use with a $10 charge for in season and $5 for off season. This will allow 90 to 120 minutes of court time. Max 2 reservations per day.
