INSIDE THE HOME

With soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, the main floor is a stunning, open plan space with a grand living room, large kitchen and formal dining area. On the same floor, you'll find two comfortable, bright bedrooms with queen beds and soft linens plus a shared full bathroom, and a laundry room.

Upstairs, a large, open loft has a comfortable seating area and beautiful primary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, a large master bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious vanity, and a small, private balcony.

This house was perfect for a family winter retreat! The driveway and areas surrounding the house were perfect for creating sledding runs, building snowman, and having snowball fights. The kitchen, seating area, and living space were a great size for big families.

We absolutely loved this spacious and stunning home! Jesse from Tahoe Signature Properties was wonderful–he was extremely attentive and welcoming, answered every question promptly, and checked in with us multiple times during our stay to be sure all was OK. We loved the Tahoe area–it is beyond beautiful. We love to hike and bike and did both daily. The home was beautifully appointed, modern, in a lovely forest setting. My family and I fully enjoyed this property! We have booked many places in Tahoe Donner area for many years, but this is the first time we stayed in Alder Creek. It's so much more quiet and private, with beautiful grounds yet close to everything. All accommodations were great, the property was very clean and the property host was very responsive and supportive. Overall, a 5 start experience, and we cannot wait to go back!

House is beautiful. Perfect for our group of two adults, 3 late teens. Open, spacious layout. Comfy couches. Entire house seems recently remodeled. Very convenient to downtown Truckee, while secluded at the same time. Professional & friendly property management. Would stay again.

Clean, comfortable stay

The cabin was a clean, comfortable, beautifully secluded space surrounded by trees. It was a nice, relaxing getaway. Access to the Truckee community amenities would have been nice. The public beaches get packed! It did get hot in the cabin without air conditioning, but cooled down at night.

Wonderful!

We were looking for a quick snow weekend away with my parents and our 3 year-old. The home was so comfortable and clean! We spent a lot of time in the cozy living room and cooked every dinner there. The grill wasn't hooked up when we arrived and it was promptly addressed with no issue. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a mellow, comfortable tahoe stay.

Spectacular Privacy in the Pines

Although this home is a short distance from HWY 89, it is set far back from the road and surrounded by towering pines, visible from the numerous and soaring windows in the home. The setting feels completely secluded--without any other homes in view. The layout was perfect for our group, and the home was beautifully appointed and immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked and the outside decks and dining area were so beautiful. We would definitely visit this home again.

Great Experience

Let me start off by thanking Joseph on helping us book our stay. We had an amazing time renting this house out for a few days. We would definitely rent again. Though there were a few problems, I called Joseph and reported them right away. Joseph sent out a maintenance person out to check. The customer service they provided were A+. We would definitely be a returning renter again!

Wow!

What a beautiful home, it's newly remodeled and nicely appointed, and we all had space to spread out. Loved the very big kitchen, and the bathrooms are gorgeous but our favorite part was the large secluded property, we played in the snow with the kids and we will sure be back.
