About this property

Alpine Welcome (formerly the Erving house) has a fantastic location on the West Shore, conveniently close to Tahoe City. 3 story country home - enter on the middle level with nicely furnished living room with gas fireplace, stereo, and great back deck with refreshing woodsy views and gas grill (summer only). Dining table for 8, 4 kitchen counter stools, and nice tile and stone kitchen attached to living room. Full bath and 2 bedrooms also on mid level: one with 2 Twin beds, one with a Queen.

Upstairs, master bedroom with Queen sleigh bed and full bath, plus balcony. Downstairs den with gas fireplace, TV/DVD/VHS, leather couch and full futon, plus back door. Partially private sleeping area with double bed and bathroom. Parking for 4 cars. No smoking please.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our stay - beds were comfortable and well provisioned. Kitchen has a great store of pots and pans in addition to dishes. Location was great and check in and out were super easy!
