There are three bedrooms and 2 full baths. The tv's have Dish TV and there is satellite Internet service.

The kitchen has all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals.

Complimentary breakfast items included.

The outside has a gas grill with two covered picnic tables.

Parking is large enough for an RV.

Only 20 minutes frome the Joshua Tree National Park entrance, 15 minutes from downtown Joshua Tree, and 12 minutes to Tortise Rock Casino.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
* Take any and all trash to the dumpster out front. * Place all dirty towels in the bathtub or shower. * Leave used beds un-made. * Log out of any apps you may have set up on tvs.
* Make sure all windows are shut and locked. * Lock the front door on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No noise between 10pm-7am. No parties or loud music anytime.
No glass in the hot tub.
Do not burn anything. There is a high risk for wildfires.
