This home overlooks a spring-fed freshwater pond and is home to retired race horses.

It sleeps ten comfortably and offers an additional guest cabana with two additional twin beds and a wood stove, for groups and larger parties. A second full bathroom with a stand-alone shower and separate jacuzzi bath and lastly a half bathroom downstairs. High-speed WIFI and direct TV are available. This property has four acres of fenced-in horse pasture. The home is in close driving distance to Windham, Hunter, Plattekill, and Bellaire ski resorts. Short fifteen-minute drive to Oneonta Restaurants and 20 minute drive to Cooperstown restaurants.
