Comfortable and centrally located

The home was comfortably furnished and our family with small children found the accommodations appropriate. We used this location as a home base to tour around the south Florida area for quick access to beaches and day trips. It was easy to navigate to the airport and groceries, etc and this neighborhood setting with very little traffic.

Short easy stay

We only stayed two nights, but it was an easy stay all around. The street is just okay but safe. The house is very clean and updated, and there are lots of towels, pots, pans, and other kitchen accessories. Nothing extravegant, but very nice and easy. I would for sure recommend this house for an affordable place that is updated and clean.

Everything was amazing. The neighbors not attached to the property do randomly stand outside the home by the mailbox and watch their dog, and the living room curtians are seethru at night was the only issues I had.

The house was clean and had what we needed. Be aware that the plumbing is old and you cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet. I found this out after we booked and was disappointed.

Property was very clean and very cute. Check in process was super easy and communication with the host was amazing. Only negative I would say is the mattress in the bedroom to the left was super uncomfortable and I feel the not being able to flush toilet paper should be in the listing Otherwise the property was great!

Absolutely perfect

Hot shower with excellent water pressure. Fairly comfortable bed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, dish soap, etc. All the appliances are brand new. We use the washer and dryer a few times in the owner stocks it with soap dryer sheets too.

The accommodations were very nice, quiet at night, someone else reviewed that they need darker curtains in the livingroom, very true. The neighbor across the street has a flood light that comes through the door windows as well as the curtains. People walk their dogs and stop at the mailbox where they can see through the entire house sitting on the couch you can see them with their flashlights. Would have liked a patio area in the back to sit in the sun.

This Villa is so close to everything. You name it and it is close by. Some of our favorites are the beach, shopping, shelling, fishing, kayaking, walking down the street for a spa day, manatee watching and eating seafood! My husband and I spent many hours remodeling the villa to make everything clean, fresh and new.
