Loved sitting on the balcony

Appartment well fitted out and comfortable Close to the train station, Coop, lake and town centre so very easy access to all. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake and we ate out there all the time. Great base for lots of finicular, train and boat trips and walks.

The apartment is comfortable for one or two people. More would be cramped. Kitchen is functional for a short stay but needs more bench space if one begins cooking properly. All very clean and tidy, everything required on hand, except a microwave which would be handy. Excellent view and useable balcony. The apartment house is well run and orderly. Convenient to the railway station with two bus routes passing by. Preis OK for Lugano with is on the whole, expensive. TV drops out sometimes.

Nur die Lage ist schön

Nur die Lage ist schön. Wir machen hier seit 30 Jahren Urlaub, und es wird immer schlechter. Auf den Schlüssel zur Wohnung mussten wir 2 Stunden warten. Im Gebäude werden mehrere Wohnungen renoviert, daher Lärm ab 8:00 Uhr. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist nur auf das Nötigste beschränkt. Wenig Geschirr, kein Wasserkocher.

Es tut uns leid, dass es dieses Mal zu Unannehmlichkeiten gekommen ist. Die Verzögerung bei der Schlüsselübergabe entstand durch ein Missverständnis bezüglich der Ankunftszeit. Über Renovierungsarbeiten im Gebäude wurden wir leider nicht informiert, weshalb wir Sie vorab nicht darauf hinweisen konnten. Ihre Hinweise zur Ausstattung wurden bereits an den Eigentümer weitergeleitet, damit fehlendes Inventar ergänzt wird. Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben.

Starke Lärmbelästigung

Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah,was natürlich und voraussehbar Verkehrslärm mit sich bringt. Allerdings ist direkt unterhalb der Wohnung eine riesige Baustelle. Diese führt zu einer erheblichen zusätzlichen Lärmbelästigung (z.B.Presslufthammer). Zu kritisieren ist auch das störanfällige WLAN.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gross, man ist nicht eingeengt. Sehr gute Lage, schöne Aussicht auf den See. Bahnhof, Zentrum und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Abends, vor allem am Wochenende, ist der Strassenlärm ein wenig störend.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Der große Balkon war von zwei Seiten begehbar. Dass noch eine zweite Toilette vorhanden war fanden wir sehr nützlich. Der allgemeine Zustand der Wohnung war sehr gut.

Gute Lage, nette Wohnung für zwei

Die Wohnung liegt im sechsten Stock (was aufgrund der Neigung der dritten Etage vom Eingang entspricht :-) Ein netter Hausmeister kümmert sich um Empfang, Checkout und evtl. Fragen. Die Wohnung ist in ordentlichem Zustand, auch wenn z.B. die Verandatür renoviert werden müsste. Der Blick ist schön, allerdings hat man nur vormittags Sonne; im Winter ist es wahrscheinlich etwas dunkel. Küchenzeile ist kompakt aber mit allem ausgestattet, Betten sind angenehm.
