Casa Mare is a comfortably furnished, detached vacation home in a beautiful hillside location above the small town of Dolcedo. It offers space for 6 people.
There are 4 parking spaces directly in front of the house.
From the terrace around the house you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view over the valley, the mountains and the sea. Due to the secluded location, you can relax and unwind in complete peace and quiet. At night you can see the sea of lights of the town of Imperia below you.
On the upper floor of the house there is a bedroom with a double bed, TV, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. There is also a guest WC.
The bathroom is equipped with: Shower, washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
The living/dining area is comfortably equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning and pellet stove. The adjoining kitchen offers you: dishwasher, stove 2-burner gas and 2 x electricity, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and there is enough dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. Two towels and two tea towels are provided per week.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with TV and air conditioning, one of the two bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
The house has a washing machine and an additional large fridge/freezer combination in the lower area.
The sun terrace with its large garden table and chairs invites you to eat, barbecue and linger. It also offers plenty of space for sun loungers.
Unlimited WiFi is available on both floors and on the terrace.
The house is ideal for families or groups who not only want to enjoy the beach, but also want to dine and sunbathe on their own terrace.

The house is not suitable and equipped for children under the age of 4.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Pets are not allowed.
The final cleaning fee is € 120.00 (incl. bed linen) as the house is cleaned with great effort.

Electricity is charged according to consumption at € 0.60 per kWh.
Bed linen is included in the rental price.
Towels on request (1x shower towel and 1x hand towel) € 10,- per person/stay.
The visitor's tax is € 1.00 per person/night for the first 5 days, the remaining days are free of charge.
The final cleaning, the visitor's tax and the costs for electricity are to be paid on departure.
