Remodeled 2 bedroom Aspen condo conveniently located to shops, parks, lifts. Walk to everything you need. Elevator in building, free parking available. Mountain views. Hot tub outside. Well-equipped kitchen with all appliances. Washer/dryer in unit. Owners have had this unit since 1988! We are from Hawaii and love Aspen as a second home. The outdoor activities and convenience to everything make this unit perfect for visitors in every season.

A long weekend family trip with some skiing.

This apartment is very thoughtfully decorated and its furnishings are very comfortable. The gas fireplace provides an instant warm vibe. We did not have a car and the central location made walking to restaurants, shops and the supermarket very easy. A lovely home away from home!

Two Families and a perfect walkable stay

The property itself is older but in very good condition. We enjoyed the excellent walkability to everything in town and the quiet area just off Main St. The gondola is a short 10 minute FLAT walk. Close to all the shops and restaurants with a parking space, we can't recommend enough. Communication was great with the Owner and we hope to visit each year.

Even though the host left detailed instructions, I didn't immediately see them and asked questions about many of the things she explained in writing. She never expressed any frustration having to explain these things to me via text. Very accommodating and pleasant.

We are born and raised in Hawaii. Came to Aspen to ski in the 70’s. Bought this condo in 1987! We are now retired and come during the summers and winters. Aspen is delightful all year round.

Why they chose this property

Convenient to all amenities. Walk to skiing, shopping, dining out, The bus is available on our block to all other destinations. It even provides free transportation to and from the airport. Free covered parking and an elevator make this building even more convenient to access, especially when hauling skis. Bicycle racks in covered parking garage. The best second hand consignment store is located downstairs for anything you may have forgotten to bring!
