We loved the property. I didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t lower or raise the temperature on the thermostat higher or lower than they said. I get hot really easy and I was warm during the stay.
Lovely home. Just a few side notes: main bedroom tub drains slowly; bed frame was cracked from prior visitors. Noticed it had been repaired but creaky bed. Light in middle room did not function; breakers for house tripped a few times. Front bedroom hanging rail in closet does not support weight of clothesBeds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs.it was a peacefulTruly enjoyed our stay. It wapeacefully.

Could be cleaner
Home has had recent updates but hurriedly done, toilets aren’t properly anchored to the floor with time will leak, Bathtub Drains are backing up, you’re literally taking a bath while showering. Overall cleanliness is lacking. I would highly recommend wearing slippers even those were blackened by the end of our 3 night stay. Under furniture and beds not touched, food stains on furniture. WATER IS HORRIBLE TASTE AND ODER PURCHASE WATER!! Host was accommodating with are added stay with discount.
The dirt road is absolutely horrible it needs to be graded and filled in. I live in a small town on a dirt road so I know it can be fixed very easily and maintained once a year. Also the pictures make it seem like the pond is in the backyard it is not! It definitely would've played into where we stayed but wouldn't have been ruled out. Took quite awhile for us to get remotes to actually use the tvs, because the prior tenants took them. Seems it's a problem they know about but nobody made sure they were there before we checked in. Place is clean tvs are huge, no tv in bunk room though nobody was in there anyways so no biggie. Definitely needs a gas grill though
