Bring the whole family to Casa ZEN with lots of room for fun. Avalon Escape features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, and office. It has a private backyard with a pool with a baja shelf, plenty of seating and drink tables, and putting green for entertainment. We also have a bar style BBQ with chairs for 9 and 4 full size reclining chairs for relaxing by the pool and enjoying the weather. And a tabletop fire-pit lounge area. Only 4 miles away from London Bridge.

The space
Centrally located, 3 miles to downtown Havasu, 4 miles to London Bridge attractions, and 6 miles to launch ramp.

The master bedroom with King bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and loveseat sofa are at one end of the house. The two guest bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with bunk-beds (twin on top, full on bottom), plus the guest bathroom with tub/shower, are at the other end of the house. The comfortable living room with fireplace, TV, and dining room for six sits in the middle of the house, where everyone can gather when desired. And the fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your meal and cocktail preparations as needed. There's also a small private office space with door leading to the backyard that can potentially be used to sleep 1-2 people (roll out bed included). Laundry room also available.

The backyard is fully equipped with all the necessities you may need to have a good time. Pool (5ft deep, so no diving!) has a baja shelf for the kiddos to enjoy. (There is no gate around the pool, so it's not safe for kids to be out there unattended!) A hot tub spa that fits up to 6 people. There is plenty of seating and drink tables. There is also a putting green and other games like giant jenga and corn hole for your entertainment . We also have a bar style BBQ with speakers surround system and chairs for 9 and 4 full size reclining chairs for relaxing by the pool. And we can't forget the tabletop fire-pit lounge area. **Pool not heated**

While you’re staying here, this home is your private oasis. We use a keyless entry system, so you can come any time after check-in and enter using your unique access code.

We ask that you treat the home as if it were your own in terms of use and in terms of respect for neighbors. Our house often has kids so please adhere to our house rules and help keep it safe for everyone. The house rules established must be followed and have been set for a reason. During check out we ask that you collect any trash into bags, load and start the dishwasher, and put towels in laundry room prior to departure. The home utilizes cameras for the front and back of the home and side of garage for security.

Please keep in mind we have neighbors and Lake Havasu City has a city ordinance that states quiet time from 10pm-7am 7 days a week.
